Love the clothes, but the store employees at this store on Town and Country have seemed irritable and uninterested in assisting the customers. The last time I was there a lady who called herself, "the manager", was pretentious, arrogant, and had the attitude of a snobby teenager. The retail culture at this store is a very unpleasant. The employees have a "me-versus-the-customer" attitude".
I was there for an exchange and "the manager" was at the register. Her attitude switched from a fake smile to complete rudeness because I asked her why she needed my phone number. She ignored my question and mumbled to herself, "Oh well, if you refuse to give it to me I can just look it up on your receipt." Since she ignored my inquiry, I said, "That really was a legitimate question. Will my phone number be shared with other retailers or companies?", and she replied with the most tiresome teenage-like attitude, "No!" I can't believe she's actually a manager. Since this incident, I lost interest in going back at all. I feel bad for the employees at this location. If it is unpleasant to be there as a customer, I'm sure it's probably worse for anyone...

When I finally made it to the dressing room the sales clerk didn't even bother to shut the drape. When I asked her to find another size in an item she didn't even know that it was a new store item. She asked me if it was from clearance?! There was a man talking loudly on his mobile phone in the dressing area for quite a long time. The sales associates were more interested in chatting with each other at the register than attending to customers in the dressing rooms and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. They blew a potentially large sale to a customer today because of their in attentiveness and total lack of awareness of an annoying situation.    Read moreEmily went above and beyond in helping me! The phone number for a different WHBM store in the area wasnât working so I called them to ask if they had changed their number. Emily called the location, same issue. She even called some employees of the other store to figure out how I could reach them. Their phones were temporarily down, so she called me back immediately and took down my information, as well as my concerns about my pickup order, and sent them an email. I am so thankful for all her help. Most people would just stop after telling me the phones were temporarily down, but Emily took time to sort out everything for me and I wasnât even a customer for this WHBM store! 10/10 give this...
