If I could have written this without having to select any star rating I would have. Today I purchased a purse from this facility that was behind the front counter. The purse was presented as a coach purse. The receipt states under the description "coach purse". The cost of this item including tax was over $53.00. This "coach purse that was kept on display behing the counter was priced for sale at $49.99. I take full responsibility for not investigating the item more thoroughly at the counter which would have taken quite a bit of time and in turn holding up the line. After purchasing the item and doing a thorough investigation it was concluded that this item was not authentic and is in fact a fake coach purse. When i called the store to inform them of this and question the integrity of the pricing for a fake item i was told by the cashier that they knew it was not authentic and that they knowingly sold the item fully acknowledging that it was fake. This is a thrift store that receives donations and items are priced and sold accordingly. So this fake purse was donated to this facility, identified as fake by the facility, and priced at $50 with the label of coach purse....not replica or anything of the sort was portrayed and now i am stuck with a $50 fake coach purse. It was a known fake, sold as and priced at authentic guidelines. Dont waste your time or money. False advertisement, knowingly selling fake items without disclosure, and pricing such items as if they were real. I am disgusted with myself for not being more thorough and assuming they were an honest facility. No I will no longer shop there at all, you have no integrity and are dishonest to well paying customers who decided to trust your store prices and advertisement. 0 stars. Dont take a loss like I did and spend your money somewhere you can trust!!!! Lesson very well...
Read moreAvoid this place if possible DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Prices too high and very rude employees!!! The only reason I put one star is ultimately my problem was resolved. Not a pleasant experience. I had visited this place a while back, a few times. Never purchased anything, because I felt the prices were high. However this past time, July, 12th 2025, I did make a purchase. I purchased a turntable. The gentleman that sold me the item said that he seen the item tested, told me it worked and worked well. So I purchased the turntable. When I got home and hooked it all up, it didn't work. So I called, the gentleman told me that in order to return the item I had to make it to the store before they close. He also told me that they normally don't do returns. So I quickly returned to the store, mind you I live more than 40 minutes away. They did do the return, but this is the turn. When he did the return he was focused on other people, and made the return. He handed me the receipt and said, the funds was returned and will be in my account in a few days. I was okay with that, but a couple days later I looked at my receipt and he had credited the WRONG card number!!! So I called him back. I was trying to be nice about the ordeal because I wanted it fixed!! I stayed nice he was very RUDE!!! Ultimately the funds reached my account but it wasn't without drama!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IS TO EXPENSIVE and at least the gentleman I dealt with was very rude!!! I won't...
Read moreAs another customer has noted, coupons cannot be used from phone. This wouldn't be such an issue EXCEPT that in a number of their promotional pieces they boast of their ecological awareness and understanding of the care and concern for the earth that comes with the dominion mankind has been given over the earth. The majority of printed coupons are discarded because they are printed "just in case" and then either forgotten or a trip to St. Francis simply isn't made before the coupon expires. That's quite a bit of solid waste and grows as the popularity of the store grows. As a St. Francis shopper with a memory no longer than this sentence, I no longer even receive the coupons in my email as the temptation to print was overwhelming but they were often forgotten and thrown away. Hobby Lobby and several other stores I love accepts my coupon from my phone. This is a far more earth friendly concept. St. Francis, being one of my beloved saints, I'm sure...
