Marshalls — Local services in Huber Heights

Under new and vial management beware 🤢 was there on July 29 2019 I found a pillow on clearance no tag no price i put it in my Cart headed to check out my items told the little young cashier there was no price on it could she find out how much it was so this heavy set women comes to the counter takes the pillow looks at me and starts ranting that the pillow is Ralph Lauren and it's very expensive 🤔 I'm like I said I wanted to know the price I felt so attacked by her it was ridiculous people were starting to stare than she starts saying it is 45 dollars it's very expensive it's Ralph Lauren then I was so taken aback I wouldn't have bought that pillow regardless of the price the cashier kept apologizing after she left the cashier identified her as Molly this women Molly's personality is vial rude unbelievable Marshalls is a discount store it was on clearance I didn't ask her the brand I didn't ask her if it's eexpensive and I can determine what's expensive not her. I thought as I left if the pillows so great why is it in the clearance aisle and she made my shopping experience horrible she's rude and hateful. Boo Marshall's I've never had Bad experience there. While at Marshall’s looking for Christmas presents a fellow customer went around to every person in the store and physically harassed every customer. At least 3 people in my line of site including me experienced this. They came and put their hand on my face and brushed over my face and mouth. Their employees watched this happen and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If I hadn’t recognized that the customer had mental deficits I was ready, willing and able to punch said customer out. The same customer continued to go around the store and continue harassing other customers by either smacking them in the head or brushing their face similar to my experience. We are in the middle of a pandemic that has taken so many lives and I am absolutely outraged at the negligence of responsibility that the Huber heights store provided. I will never ever return to this store solely because they do not care about customer lives or safety protocols. Something should...

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst Marshalls/TJ Maxx I’ve ever been to I had about $900 worth of items in my cart, One of the employees must’ve thought that I was trying to steal that much stuff because after the first time I seen that certain employee, there was five employees watching me the entire time so I put everything back except for the necessities I had to get. I’ve never been treated like that and I will never return there. How do you treat somebody like a thief that is coming to spend a ton of money? Makes no sense to me.
