Starbucks — Restaurant in Huber Heights

I’m from out of town came in from Chicago last night to visit my daughter and I’ve been to many Starbucks across the United States and even in many other countries like the Middle East and such but very rarely do you find it the coffee brewed fresh and OnPoint because for some reason I can never get a cup of coffee from Starbucks the way that I make Starbucks at home but this will be the absolute first time from all the Starbucks I’ve been to literally felt like I was back at home from the very first sip and great customer service especially from the girl and the cash register that took my order… Also I asked where the washroom might be that way I can rinse and clean my thermal cup out before I pour the new cup of coffee inside Instead of telling me where the washroom was she took it upon herself to actually clean my cup she said “I can do that for you” I was a little shocked at first because no one from Starbucks ever did that for me from all of my past visits so even though I was A little thrown back by her response I agreed she literally washed my entire cup and the cap before giving it back to me such a humble and illustrious human being I definitely had to tip a second time for that one even though it wasn’t much but it’s the thought that counts and I wanted her to know how much I appreciated her for her kindness 🙏🏻💯 it’s people like you that stand out in the world and I don’t just say this because people say these things but I mean what I say and I say what I mean and I promise you’re going places in your future probably even sooner than you think no matter who or what goes on around you stay focused and continue to supersede the woman that you were yesterday each and every day and you will get to places far far greater than you have ever imagined….. remember these four words. I usually have great service here and the drinks I order are amazing however, when I went yesterday (6/5) it was HORRIBLE! I had made a special order. It was a strawberry açaí refresher, blended with 2 scoops of vanilla powder and 2 pumps of raspberry syrup. That special order really isn’t too difficult to make. I had asked nicely for my drink at the cash register. When I had finished ordering the cashier had rolled her eyes at me, like it was ridiculous the way I had ordered my drink. Right before she handed me my drink she had asked me “Thick or Runny?”, and for a barista she should know how to make the drink. The man working with her watched this all happen and then began texting, neither of them apologized or said anything to me after I had said thank you. I am very dissatisfied with my visit yesterday and the Starbucks in Kroger will no longer be receiving any of my money after their horrible horrible...

I stopped in yesterday due to my normal location being out of frappuccino mix. Ordered my normal pumpkin spice frappuccino. I'm pretty sure one of the employees was training the other one. After gettinging out to my car, I started realizing it tasted different than normal but also familiar. After a few more sips, I realized it had or was made with espresso, which unfortunately for me makes me feel absolutely terrible. So I immediately stopped drinking it, but it was too late.
