Subway — Restaurant in Huber Heights

I went inside one night and it wasn't busy. It was a great experience, nice employees, prompt service (on a saturday night).

BUT tonight... Thursday night, they were pretty busy with a long line. there were only two employees working. so I waited in line and the lady was running out of bread. what a smart person would do is pull back (IVE WORKED FAST FOOD) and make some bread. we can wait. but its 8pm, they dont close until 10 and apparently they cleaned out their bread oven and didnt want to use it again.

when it was my turn to order, my husband went first. he wanted honey oat bread. they didnt have any, what a surprise. they also didnt have italian or wheat. so we left. lost my money and i dont plan on ever coming back.

they are lazy. your store doesnt close until 10, so that doesnt mean you stop making everything 2...

Never again. It was so uncomfortable placing an order with two younger guys who's mom(?) was recording them from behind the customers trying to place orders. The guy making my sandwich couldn't remember what I was saying to him right after I said it. When I got home, I went to correct it with adding the toppings that they were out of and you can hardly tell that it was a turkey and bacon sub. He literally put shavings of turkey on my sandwich. We will not be going back to this family's business or their relatives Subway stores. I'm tired of being treated like I'm trying to steal from someone when I give a couple that came to me in the mail! If you don't like that Subway sends coupons for your establishment then don't buy a Subway!

And get your cooler fixed already. Frozen veggies on a sub...

My son and I stopped at Subway by the Rave Theatre in Huber Heights to have a sandwich on a Father-Son afternoon having just enjoyed "12 Strong" at the Rave. The young lady at the counter, working by herself, handled the constant flow of patrons with grace and professionalism. She greeted each customer as they came in the door while continuing to work on customer orders two at a time. She is exactly the type of person I would love to have working at my pizza shop. Subway should use this young lady to train others on customer service. I would leave her name, but she was so busy I could not see her name tag. She was working the Sunday afternoon shift at 3pm on Sunday 2-11-18, in case her boss wants to tell her...
