Triple Crown Bingo - Humble — Attraction in Humble

After doing a perfect score of all 5’s for the 290 location that closed and I miss so much and the Jones Rd in the past got a perfect 5, it saddens my heart to give a 1 star. Thank Dominique for this low rating. I do not tolerate anyone lying to me, lying on me nor DISCRIMINATION. I called Dominique over to ask what pull tabs she has and she stated just the little horses winning $325 in pull tabs. All in the same breath she judged me just by looking at me and said you’re new to bingo and you won’t be able to handle these. I kindly said I’ve been playing Bingo for over 18 years, but yes, new to this location only. She immediately said well you’ll be better off playing the regular horse games and the other guys have them. Then she walked off. I was so offended! I needed a minute to process what just happened. Roughly 15 min passed and I asked her for a few to try my luck like I was originally going to do. And I told her nicely that I didn’t appreciate the rude statement she said to me. She stuttered and realized it was rude, judgmental and continued to LIE by softly saying…but but I asked and you said no…No ma’am and you know that’s not what happened. You “told me” I could not handle it leaving me with nothing to say because you sped off. I told her that was an unfair statement due to she doesn’t know me and never met me and that was so wrong of her. She immediately ran over to tell the staff some foolishness about me because they all looked right at me. All that was, was her guilt. I get along with ALL the staff at the other 2 locations and customers. I refuse to let this go without being heard of what really happened. I pray there is audio with the cameras so management can hear what she actually said and see who you really have working for you. I went to the Saturday daytime BINGO at Triple Crown 210 W. 1st Street in Humble. I have to start this review off by stating how excellent the customer service was. I had not played BINGO in years. All of the staff members were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The young lady that checked me out at the window explained to me very clearly what games I would get for the package I selected. I purchased 4 computers and a paper add-on for $42.00 and I was also enrolled into the rewards program that they offer. This place is very clean and spacious, it wasn’t too packed on this day and the tables are large enough for 2-3 people to sit at comfortably with their computers and they even have a smoking area that is closed off by a glass wall so the smokers can still feel part of the action without their smoke impeding on others. Once I sat down and was getting my computers together, I spoke with a staff member named Dom … Ms. Dom is AWESOME !!! she explained to me how the pull tabs & races work and she also let me know which games were on paper and the ones that are loaded in the computers she answered all of my questions and even checked on me as the games progressed. Its my first time to play Bingo this location. Its too expensive place for me to play. They play a lot of pull tabs and very fast calling balls number.The bingo game for 12cards is $20 and separate price if you add coverall for $2 for for 3 cards, there is computer $20 game. I meet a lady she lost $800 that bingo place.
