Williams-Sonoma — Attraction in Huntersville

This store has THE WWWWWWORST customer service ever!! I have on several occasions been treated like I’m not good enough to shop in there , I did file complaint about it because of The store staff communicated with me in a most rude and vulgar manner, she was basically a racist person. I had to visit the store yesterday and the same rude & disrespectful staff was there ,she recognized me and she made big deal out of it , She got huge upset because I did not use the the eMerchandise Card in the store right away after returning the faulty items. I was being nice and responded that I have not received the eMerchandise Card and I have my teenagers waiting for me in the car, I would like to visit the store next time , She basically yelled at me it will Be the last time the store serves me, and pointed to the door asked me to leave the store , I was completely shocked, I have been loyal customer for years, I doubt that she is typical of WilliamsSonoma employees.I called customer services to escalate her behavior, she refused to give her name , I laughed when she said she does not have a name.. while I was on the call with customer service , she called security on me , and ask security to call police. Some of the ladies that work here are very rude and pushy. It's very difficult to shop here without 3-4 people basically following you around asking you several times if you need help or trying to get you to buy something you don't need or want. These situations have happened to me multiple times coming here. One individual took being unprofessional to a whole different level and told me "I'm not kidding, you're aren't allowed to shop anywhere but here." I’ve been a huge fan of Williams Sonoma for many years. Nearly everything in our kitchen is from the brand and the rest of our house is furnished in Pottery Barn. With medical school and my cancer research, I haven’t really been shopping as much as I used to. Frankly I really haven’t needed much.
