Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Huntington Park

Can we please have better management!!! We walked in the store at 8:40 pm. Having speakers never did they announced store was closing An employee was behind us harassing us aisle per aisle to go to register. Mind you my husband and sister were making line already I was just looking around he was behind too close. I turned around told him “it was 8:50, you have been harassing me since 8:40 he said that’s a lie” asked him for cooperate number he said “ all info is in the front” I asked for a manager by my surprise he was the manager I asked for a full name he only gave me first.

Store hours close at 9pm clearly to this manager Juan ain’t respecting...

The store is messy and unorganized The Manager lady is unprofessional and talks to her employees in an unprofessional manner. The cashiers can be extremely rude especially the one with the glasses that's chubby Yeah this store is not it. I say go to Bell Gardens maybe even the on at La Alameda.

It's sad because this store has so much potential at the location it is in and what it replaced. Even though Rite Aid was not it at least the ice cream would've been better than the service you get here.

Ross reevaluate your management and...

The savings are out of this world The management sucks!!!! Unfriendly cashiers don't seem to want to be there .... I almost got ripped off by a cashier claiming she put a pair of sunglasses in my bag I had to complaint to the manager which reviewed the cameras got to find out she didn't put them in my bag got a full refund.....good merch shitty organization...
