The cake itself was beautiful. It was for my sons birthday. He rated it a 4 because he liked the frosting. The actual cake was dry and almost tasted stale. No one finished their slice and I would have taken it back for a refund but the customer service was HORRIBLE. Wish a I knew her name but a younger chick with black hair, bangs sticking out from her hat was the rude one saying she didnt see me standing there and she could help me because the other women helping with cakes suffers from anxiety and that shes slow. I was standing there watching the women with anxiety do a fine job. It was just a rude and awkward situation. The young girl messed up my experience. Read moreIf there is something that is store lacks is customer service. The “customer service” office had a person working on Sunday night 10/10/2021 that was rude and dismissive. Advertised hours clearly display a closing time of 8 PM but instead they shutdown about an hour earlier. When you ask for the manager on duty (Jose), a worker mentioned he was out to lunch and “didn’t want to be bother.” They asked for me to return three days later and ask for the store manager.
The staff has no knowledge of the next point of escalation such as a regional manager or contact information to their corporate office.
Clearly local management and its staff need more training to provide a better customer...
