Marquee Cinemas - Pullman Square — Attraction in Huntington

Really like this theater. Decent prices and good movies. The elevator was broken and I’m in a wheelchair so that was an inconvenience...they were able to route us around to the freight elevator and were very helpful. They need to have more staff on busy weekends-only one person working concessions and it took about 20 minutes for us to get popcorn, with only one family in front of us. I like the retro movies that they show. We saw the matrix and it was awesome. Overall good experience, will return.

Update: 11/26/2019 It was a Monday night and the line was all the way back out the door. Instead of having the cashier ring up tickets and concessions and get the concessions-maybe just have one person ringing up tickets and another person doing concession. We were late for our movie because we had to wait behind people getting concessions when we didn’t...

The projectionists at this theater either don't know what they're doing or don't care. It's fairly frequent that I have to complain about one technical issue or another when a movie starts, and usually it gets resolved, but today for a screening of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" the movie was filling up almost the entire 21:9 screen even though the aspect ratio is 1:85:1 (which is slightly wider than 16:9, so the tops and bottoms of the picture were badly cropped). -10000/10 nastiest movie theater I have been in !!!! food and drinks laying spilled on counter !!!! Employees looking right over it and continuing to sell tickets right next to mess !!! When back out to get a drink 30 minutes later same mess still sitting there when staff notified staff stated “they haven’t had time” as they were sitting behind the counter on their phones.
