Hearts Bridal & Tuxedo — Attraction in Idaho Falls

I'd like to start off by saying I did not end up actually buying a dress from here so I can't speak to how they are to deal with in the financial aspect. I did however have an appointment on Sat 1-28-23and try on dresses. I unfortunately lost the card I was given so I cannot remember the womans name but she was a younger girl with redish hair and was incredibly sweet. I am the bride and I came in with my mother and 3 sisters. This woman was immediately just the kindest lady. She starts asking us about our tattoos and making us all feel so comfortable. She then made multiple comments while helping me with dresses about how beautiful I looked in the dresses. I'm a bigger girl and was a little bit dreading this experience bc I was nervous I wouldn't feel pretty. She absolutely made me feel great and beautiful in every dress and I was so comfortable and we all had a wonderful time. I hope this woman knows how much she impacts brides special day. I will never forget the amazing treatment I received from her and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know getting married in the future. I would also like to point out they had a great selection of dresses that actually fit me as a plus size woman! I didn't feel pressured to purchase my dress right then and there and was given so many options. I hope you can find out which woman I'm referring too bc she deserves a raise....

We've tried these guys 3 different times now and every time is a disaster. You wait for hours in their store sometimes to get helped, there's only ever 1 or 2 employees. The employees show visual disgust, sometimes making annoyed sounds and eye rolling, in having to look for undamaged or clean clothes from the back or to do anything other than the bare minimum. We have had to tell them sometimes 4 separate times what we originally asked for and ordered before we finally got what was written down in the first place. The clothes have had wrappers in the pockets, pit stains, and foul odors and have had to ask for clean clothes to replace them. When the bride or groom has brought these issues up the owners give half a refund to that one person and never do anything to resolve the other 15 to 20 people who had to endure their terrible service. There's always an excuse why they are falling short on their service, some school dance they aren't prepared for, an annual event they never plan ahead for, some renovation they've scheduled that we have to pay the price for during times and events that this is the last thing we need to deal with. We will never be coming back and we hope that such a long standing local business can find a way to turn things around and regain the reputation they've ruined in the last few years. These people are seriously the absolute best. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been wonderful and they seriously deserve to be recognized for their incredible work. Both times I was there they stayed past closing to help me and didn’t make me feel rushed in any way. And the second time was because I came back with my mom (without an appointment) because I wanted her to see a dress I had tried on the night before and they were more than happy to let me try it on!! Every time I’ve talked to them, they’ve been nothing but kind and I’m just really grateful for all their help! Despite having to get my dress in Utah at another bridal shop, they still treated me as if I bought all the dresses in their store. The way they treat customers is consistently kind, regardless of whether they end up buying a dress or not. That has yet to change for me, no matter how many times I’ve called them asking for advice. I recommend this place to everyone I know and am planning to return to have my fiancé try on suits with them because I want to get SOMETHING from them to show my appreciation.
