Cypress & Sage — Attraction in Indian Harbour Beach

I've never written a review for a place I've never visited. But I HAD to write this review. Jennifer at Cypress and sage has been absolutely amazing! Back in September I purchased three Groupon specials to visit her spa for myself, my aunt, and my best friend. After I made the purchase I realized the day that I wanted to go, her spa was not actually open. After contacting Jennifer she told me that she would open up the spa JUST FOR ME!!!! WE WOULD HAVE THE WHOLE PLACE TO OURSELVES FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING!!! I was so excited for this spa experience. Unfortunately I was hospitalized on October 11th. I contacted Jennifer and let her know that I would not be able to make my trip. You see, I live in Philadelphia, I was visiting Florida as a birthday treat to myself. I was absolutely distraught when I realized that number one I wouldn't be able to go and number two I may not be able to get my money back. I spoke with Jennifer who advised that she would help me to get my money back from Groupon. She went above and beyond and trying to help me get my money back even though this would take money out of her pocket. I am so very appreciative because she didn't have to do that at all. We're now into November she still helping me with Groupon and in the midst of that we have developed a friendship. She's been very supportive while I'm still hospitalized and I appreciate it so very much. Once I get out of here and I'm able to travel, the next time I go to Florida she will be one of the first places that I visit. I know that if her customer service is this amazing, I'm sure any spa experience I have will be absolutely wonderful. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a new facial at Cypress & Sage that incorporated intraoral massage that helped my TMJ pain, and I must say it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I entered the serene atmosphere of the spa, I knew I was in for a treat.

Jenn took the time to understand my specific concerns, particularly that I clench my jaw a lot, and tailored the treatment accordingly. The intraoral massage was a revelation - not only did it provide immediate relief for my jaw tension, but it also alleviated tension in my entire face. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a noticeable decrease in discomfort.

In addition to the therapeutic benefits, the facial itself was incredibly indulgent. The products used were luxurious and left my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and glowing. The entire experience was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation.
