If I could give 0 stars I would, half of the experience was how well the doctors worked and how well they handle the urgent situation, urgency is in your name, you'd think the first half of the experience being the front desk person would do a better job, front desk person showed no urgency in helping us at all while my daughter is right infront of her crying her heart out with a hook in her foot, also front desk person had a childish demeanor when handling a first timer, when she didn't like the way I came across Because maybe this is an urgent situation is why I'm there I had to suggest to her in a firm way what to do and how to do her job pretty much, maybe she wanted me to put my daughter down with a hook deep in her foot tell her to stand there and be quiet till daddy fills out a packet of paperwork. Hmmm I think we can do that afterwards don't you think. or maybe how I look wasnt to her liking just based off the look she gave me when I rushed in with an injured child, whatever it was she clearly forgot all about customer service and customer experience and even made faces, like maybe you'd do with a family member or friend, I'm not your friend I'm a client seeking help from your facility, I'd suggest she needs training again on customer service and how to keep her personal views or things that bother her personally that show through her expressions and how she replies to people to herself, I'd also suggest to consider maybe someone a little older with more experience with dealing with people to be making first contact with your customers. Of course she will deny this or when approached if approached about this behave in manner of confusion or oblivious to whats being said about what happened of course who wants to get in trouble at their job. The Doctors and behind the scenes staff were great they make up the other half so they get 5 stars from me, but in your front half your business is lacking. Thank you. Oh and the follow up call I placed because I received a text from the facility checking up on things was bad too, I recognized her voice immediately and knew here we go again, so once again she handled it poorly and to add at the end of the call I had to practically insist 3 times to have her pass a message to a physician on duty to call me back because I'm 1 hour and 10min away from there facility, she needs to change that slick, sarcastic attitude she has when dealing with any customer or be switched to another department in this facility, I'm a supervisor at my job and that's what I would do immediately for an individual like this. Someone like that is bad for business. As you can see it can cause a bad review for the world to see and have this particular facility miss out on business possibly or just give it a bad look, either way it isnt good. The doctor named Cliff was excellent, and the doctor that called me back also was great over the phone, good examples of how the front desk person should...

Upon entering the facility, I was directed to a room immediately & attended to within minutes. The nurses & the doctor all spoke to me, looked at me & treated me as if they absolutely sincerely cared about my well being. With things being as hectic as they are for them in the midst of this pandemic, as emotionally & physically exhausted as I'm certain they are, it has yet to break their spirit in front of their patients. I am thoroughly impressed by each & every person I interacted with at Atlantis Urgent Care & highly recommend their services to anyone in need of immediate medical attention or Covid-19 testing.
UPDATE A YEAR LATER: Since my last review/experience with Atlantis Urgent Care, my opinion has drastically changed. They have changed ownership (Iâm told) & staff (a fact) since my visit over a year ago & itâs not at all the same place that it was. It seems the doctors there are actually chiropractors & cannot offer the same level of care or medical expertise as the doctors that were once there. I ended up contracting the COVID virus & saw them to be tested. Once I was given the positive results, I asked what I could do to help treat my symptoms & was told, ânothingâ & âgood luckâ (almost smugly) as I was basically scooted out the door. I returned about a week or two later when my symptoms progressed & requested a shot of phenergan (not a controlled substance by any means) for my nausea/vomiting & anxiety in hopes of getting some relief & much needed rest. I was told they couldnât give shots, was offered little help or concern. I wonât be going back or recommending...
Read moreMade an appt for a DOT physical at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm. Waited in the main waiting room for over 2 hours to be seen. There were approximately 20ish people all coughing and sneezing. I attempted to wait outside, since i have a bad back and there were no seats, i had to wait inside amongst the petri dishes. 6 days later, guess what, i have strep. I have to go back to the urgent care. I was prescribed antibiotics, which i started taking immediately. I feel worse today, which i know it takes a couple days for the medicine to work. But im physically incapable of sleeping for longer than 30mins, and ive had approximately 16 oz of water in the last 24hrs due to the pain being so severe. I called, they refuse to give me anything. "Just take Tylenol and lozenges" like i HAVENT ALREADY TRIED THAT. I liked the dr i saw, and idk if theres some weird law about urgent cares prescribing pain meds? But i wasnt asking for a lifetime supply of morphine, i just need to be able to drink water, and literally like 4-5 pills of SOMETHING to be able to drink water and sleep....u know the 2 most important things ur body NEEDS TO GET BETTER. Something is seriously wrong with the medical system. "People r dying from illegal fentanyl" now i understand why. Severe pain going untreated, or chronic pain being dismissed. I gave 2 stars because i actually liked the dr i saw, Lucas, and he acknowledged the fact that im a woman who will be taking antibiotics...and prescribed additional medication for the problems that follow for women taking...
