Glendale Town Center — Attraction in Indianapolis

I grew up coming to Glendale mall. Then the mall went defunct and it became Glendale town center. The Macy’s was the second to last thing from the actual mall to go, with the library being the last remaining. The Macy’s is gone, O’charleys is gone, Monicals Pizza is gone, Pei Wei is gone and the library is moving to its own free standing building in a few years. Many things have come and gone, too. A smoothie place, a froyo place, a shoe store and even a high school. Glendale isn’t dead though, you can get home improvement items at Lowe’s, target has a full grocery, you can see a doctor at IU health, get a prescription at Walgreens, get some fast food at Taco Bell or Panera Bread and office supplies at staples. I made a purchase online for curb side pickup just two small items. Pickup went good then I saw I was doubled charged. I called target and after 2 agents & 1 supervisor I was given the option to take $9.99 back on my card or $10.69 on a target gift card. So I have to Negotiate how I can get my money back after they double charged me. Then I called back the next day to speak with somebody else about it and this manager tells me that the extra $10.69 that I see it’s not actually a charge it’s a hold that PayPal put on there and it will fall off in one month and and the money should go back to my account PayPal put a one-month-hold on $10.69 so they say its not a charge.
