IMAX at AMC theater Castleton Square Mall — Attraction in Indianapolis

Me and my friend went to see princess monanoke, we were told the movie starts right at 7pm and we showed up around 20 minutes early. When we got there the theater 13 which was our movie didnt have AC going so it was already hotter than it was outside. By the time it turned 7pm the movie didnt start and we waited for another 15 minutes when we decided to ask the customer service counter about it. We went up and told them the movie had'nt started and the Air condition was not on, the guy up front acted just as confused as we where and he called someone to start the movie and entirely ignored us about the AC. We went back to the theater room and in a couple of minutes the movie started but there was no audio we waited a couple more minutes when we had to go back to customer service and tell them the audio was not on and for a second time I told him the AC was not on and it was burning up in there and he called the person to turn the audio on and ignored me again about the AC. We went back and the audio was there but the AC never turned on, by that point we excepted that it would be hot and enjoyed the movie as well as we could with the heat. These conditions were ridicoulus everyone there paid 15 dollars per seat and deserve some sort of combinsation for the conditions of...

Wait, the seats actually recline??? And there was still leg room afterwards. I loved everything about the experience at this theater. I was able to pay in advance online which made getting my tickets easy when I arrived. We also paid to have our snacks and food delivered to our seats right before the previews started. It was amazing. We went mid afternoon, so the theater was not busy. The theater we sat in was clean. No sticky footsteps or popcorn littered all over. The only complaint wasn't even against the theater...it was against the ending to Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse...you know...

OK if you buy popcorn or cokes at the snack bar, beware those kids that work there will short you your money change. It happened to me twice first time. It was a dollar. The second time was today a five dollar bill she showed me and she knew she got caught Always count your change when they give it to you. Most people assume that you will never count change but I do.
