Irving Mall — Attraction in Irving

Let me thank God for all of us. Cuz I know I never would have made it without him. If you will believe him like I am I get to a quiet place and think about life is so short these days. And I came to realize that I can't do nothing without him. And he made a way for me today on list glorious day January 19th 2021 and also a brand new year for us all. We go inside Irving mall and Burlington Coat Factory is the place that we first went into as we beginning to look around we run across a pair of boots that my husband was so grateful to have. He really is very particular sometime when I go to shop for him he don't even like it and I try my best to pick out the color and also the style but it is very hard sometime to please some people. These particular boots was very comfortable and the color was varied well pleased and the price was fair to us. We enjoyed the shopping that night just to get out for a little while we needed to stretch out. I know you can understand that because of all the things that's going on today. We also stopped it Victoria's Secret they have semi annual sale going on so I ran across some hand sanitizer this was my first time buying some from them. They had some hand sanitizer that smells so good but you know you can't go wrong and Victoria's Secret right. Victoria's Secret is a number one girly store. I enjoy going into Victoria's Secret specially in the winter time and in the summer time when it has a semi sale going on. I've been so busy lately and trying to stay safe for myself I almost missed the semi annual sale. I was very satisfied with the product and also the customer service that they showed us. And also I was very satisfied with the price of the merchandise that we bought from the store. You know I tell people sometime you know is it not nature that women's love to shop what woman don't like to shop you tell me. It is nothing wrong every now and then doing something for yourself we deserve it. I just tell my experiences because I want to let others know how satisfied that I was or dissatisfied because I would want someone to tell me and been very honest to them. We are really helping each other if you think about it for a minute. So to all of the hard-working people the dedicate customer service with the utmost respect for shoppers like myself I really do appreciate you all. If I could leave less than one star I would. My family and I started playing one of the arcade games on the end of the mall when an XL security woman came in with an attitude unplugging all the games. She said the mall was closing in 5 minutes which was ok. We had enough time for one game of air hockey but the game only accepted 5 dollar payment through card. We thought it was just for one game and so my daughter and father started playing. Then the XL security woman stood there next to the game like a creep. She kept staring at us with an attitude, hatred and rude way. The game kept going so we thought it was normal but the lady was just staying there looking at us with a sense of hate. Then she told us in a rude way that she told us she had to unplug the machine but we explained that we put in 5 dollars and we’re just waiting for the game to end. She got more rude and wanted to literally kick us out like my daughter and father were criminals for just waiting for their game to end. There were other people in the kids area and sitting in the food court but she didn’t say anything to them. She just obsessed with getting my daughter and father off the game only. She overlooked the other people and focused on us.She could’ve definitely been nicer or at least respectful with the way she was talking to us considering we weren’t doing anything wrong. She was just arrogant and straight up rude. They should investigate this lady because she has no idea how to treat the customers that go to the mall. Her behavior was...

At least 3 people have been murdered INSIDE Irving mall, no telling how many more outside. I was born & raised in Irving so I can tell u how much it has changed over the last few decades. In the 1990's a guy shot & killed his girlfriend in the head before attempting to flee. At that point another man pulled his weapon & killed the suspect. Again in the 90's two groups of known gang members had a shoot out in the food court. Two of them shot each other but sadly a stray bullet hit a young father in the temple killing him instantly as he sat eating with his wife & two young daughters. Not too many years ago two men were shot, one died, by an unknown assailant driving a yellow cab. I could keep going but I'm sure you can see the gist of this review. Go there at your own risk, I don't recommend taking a child there & make sure to wear your body armor & keep an extra magazine or two with you... Oh & if you don't speak Spanish, Hindi or Arabic take a translator & no I'm not a racist. I'm multi-racial by birth. My comment is purely about the LACK OF diversity here.
