What a wonderful idea rental for umbrellas and chairs. I sure you are always wanting to make everyone happy with all that you do. When we came to find our place . It was close to the stairs . That was great at first but with all the space that should be between people it was way to close . Our umbrella and chairs were to close to the set up next to us . They had 3 chair way to close to us. I know you have no idea how many people will show up with the one renting your things . They had 6 people . Were our umbrella was set there was a high tide. We couldn't move the umbrella out from the water . Maybe you should check each day if there is going to be a high tide to see how far back from the water that would be safe from the high tide . Our umbrella was in really rough shape. One of the metal steaks was not in its pocket and stabbed me right in the head. I'm ok but it really needs to be retired. I've visited family in Charleston every summer for the past 3 years. We always found the SC beaches beautiful but uncomfortably hot. When I saw how comfortable family's were that had Isle of Palms Beach Chair company set up shade umbrellas and beach chairs I knew I had to try this company out. I called and spoke with a friendly knowledgable person and they explained how it worked and the various fees for what ever I wanted to be set up for our arrival. After asking where I would like my setup located they said everything would be waiting and marked with my name. After this I would never bother trying to drag everything we need to the beach again. My umbrellas were exactly where they told me and this was the best day ever! Instead of spending less than 2 hours and dragging everything down and up from the beach we spent a most enjoyable day without any sunburned or cranky children. First day rentals, chairs and umbrellas were so close to the access point anyone coming on the beach would hit the umbrella. We called send an attendant came and moved them very promptly. 😀 Second day set up was good.

Third day chairs were moved to a different side than requested and we had to clear out our area from debris.

Fourth day, umbrella and chairs were on an incline making them non-beneficial. I understand keeping beyond the tide but these were placed in a steep area making it difficult to position chairs in the shade during the morning which was the purpose of paying for rentals. Additionally, one of the chairs was broken and foot rest severely bent. We called at 9:30 am and ask for them to be moved and a chair replacement and no one ever came. We tried calling again at 11 but received no answer. I understand low or new staffing but a little training or checking on the trainees work would go a long way. We have used this company for years and this is the first year with issues but...
