Little's Jewelers — Attraction in Jackson

Great staff, very helpful the first time I had them make several custom jewelry pieces. The second time not so much. I had them make 2 new piece of jewelry this time and both were completely wrong or messed up. I order a ring size 12 it came as 11.5 fail number one. The pendant I order their associate measured the stone wrong, which wasn't a big deal, but why wouldn't they call me when they noticed their mistake. Not when I went to go pick up what I thought would be both piece. Nope just the ring nearly 4 weeks later to find out that is was the wrong size. That added another week wait to fix their mistakes. And another almost month more to correct mistake number two. They did offer an apology, but they took no extra steps to make it right. No rush to get their mistakes corrected. You think the manager/owner would have stepped up to make things right as she was sitting there both times, but no just ignored the situations both time. The lack of professionalism and customer service just floored me. My wife went with me for the first time to pick up mistake number two. Her only comment was I needed to find a new jewelry store. She was not impressed with the staff at all. And I am less than pleased with service I got this time. All I can say is...

I needed to get 2 watches repaired, one a battery and the other one I needed advice on what to repair since the crown stem would not operate properly. The crown stem was just stuck for me but not stuck for the older gentleman that was doing the watch repair. His kindness and time that he spent on the 2 watches was about a half hour. He handed me over my watches with a smile as I said, great, how much do I owe you. He replied to me nothing because I had to wait for him while he serviced another customer before me. I was truly taken back from his kindness. My wife MONICA VETO , uses their services numerous times at Little’s and has always stated that she loves the service and people in the store. I get it now, I see what she has been talking about. I would recommend this store to anyone, not because of my experience this day, but I witnessed several customers come into the store where they were taken care of with smiles and with the utmost professionalism. You don’t find that quality of service everywhere in Jackson or other places anymore. I highly recommend this Jewelry store for any of your precious needs. I needed a chain repair and a couple of pearls added to a necklace recently. I got an estimated day of completion and let it pass by without calling. I live out of town and figured I would pick it up the next time I was in the area. I called the day before I needed the necklace because it was supposed to have already been finished. I believe they must have worked very hard to get my order done that day because I received a call shortly before closing that the necklace was finished and ready to be picked up. It is beautiful and I was so pleased that they called me that evening to tell me it was done. I’ve visited Little’s Jewelers in Jackson since the early 2000s for minor things.
