Writing on behalf of my husbandâ he wouldnât return. We booked an appointment with Jordan on the app and youâre required to input your tip to make the appt (though it doesnât charge you til later or if you donât show up). My husband showed up about 30 minutes early and the lady who took him wasnât who we booked with, but she was also the only one sitting there on her phone the whole 30 minutes he sat there til his appt time. He has got many military-style fades in his life as he was in the marines but this was the worst oneâ it was like she took a razor from the back of his halfway up towards his ears and began the âfadeâ in the middle but the lines were obvious. Finally, about 15 minutes after our appointment time had passed, there were about 3 empty chairs and the stylist who had checked us in sat at the front desk, but did not address us at all to notify us to when he would be taken back for his haircut. We waited about 10 more minutes expecting to be taken back shortly, but chose to leave due to lack of communication as well as seeing the walk-ins taken...
