Lane Bryant — Attraction in Jacksonville

I went in for the underwear deal today. Well the manager started off questioning me about getting more stuff and I kept saying no, that’s when her attitude started and she was really trying to pressure me into buying more. Then at check out she got super rude with me because I wanted to use my mom’s account. Which I am an authorized user on, I just don’t have my card yet. She kept messing it up and putting my mom’s driver license as North Carolina when I said my mom is from Ohio. She said well I automatically assume North Carolina (we are a military town, don’t assume anything) In the end she wouldn’t let me use my mom’s account even though all the information matched I had a copy of her driver’s license and social. Staff is amazing!! I went to go shopping for a wedding and romantic getaway with my husband and I had to wait just a few minutes for a dressing room. Upon checkout Kim asked what special occasion I was shopping for and I told her. A few days later I received a note in the mail from her saying that she hopes that we had a great time and sorry for the wait for a dressing room. I call that excellent customer service, its was such a wonderful personal touch to my shopping experience. I highly recommend this...

Living in a rural area requires me to travel at least 1 hour to the nearest LB. I have been fully disappointed with unhelpful staff in many stores including Raleigh/Durham.
