Oh wow! All that's because I left a honest review? The level of professionalism now days is unhinged. I came back to edit my review since I called the day the response was left to explain a few things since the responder assumed several things without speaking to me. When i called I was told she the owner was busy and told someone to take the call after he explained to her that it was me. I didn’t want to talk to anyone but the person who left the response. You really didn't want to talk to me because if you did you would have said that before you wrote that unprofessional book. It's time for me to write my book. Let's start with establishing that I was at your school on Tuesday 4/16/24. I do apologize because I originally said the 17th. The second thing is I wouldn't have signed in as Nurse Nia because that's not my name. The next thing is I am fully aware that I was having my services provided by a school and not a salon as you mentioned several times I'm a nurse..I'm not incompetent. Speaking of being a nurse I guess that's my fault for thinking that students were signed off on certain areas before they start providing services. I guess that's just in nursing school. Why did I tip her??? I said in my previous review I tip her because I felt she did the best she could. My problem is not with her it's with your school for not making sure she was ready before she started providing nail services. Also maybe I'm wrong but don't instructor have to be around while the students are providing services??? So why would you assume the instructor wasn't aware??? I didn't go fully in details in my last review because I wasn't trying to be malicious. Your instructor was the last one to paint my nails before I left. Now why did I leave with my nails looking like that?? Simple like you said earlier I was at a school not a salon. I knew that I was just going to get them fixed. After having them painted at least 3 times and they still looked a mess i knew i wasn't walking around like that .Sooo why would I leave a review??? Just like I said before all the time and money spent to get them fix. After the nail shop removed the paint and properly shaped them. The next day one of the 2 tips your student/instructor put on fail off. That sent me on a trip back to the nail shop for a 2nd time. Let's recap I came to your school on Tuesday, Wednesday I had them repainted and shaped correctly. Thursday one of the tips came off. Friday I had to go get that one fix. I went to a show Friday night and before I got there the second tip fell off so needless to say i went to the show with a nail missing. I wrote my review on 4/24 8 days after coming to your school and as I typed my honest review I was missing a nail which is the whole reason for the review. Had she painted them horribly and didn't shape them correctly for free I could understand she is still in training but to have nails falling off and I paid for a service is ridiculous. I don't care if I paid 10 dollars or a 100 I paid for a service. So ladies attend this school at your own risk because if this is the response you get for leaving a honest review is saying alot about the OWNER. I will be uploading pictures of my receipt and my nails since she act like I do not know where I received services. With that being said my review is my review and my experience. Since I never spoke to you I felt I needed to clear up a few things. To the young lady who did my nails. I will not go into details about who she was but good luck to you! You had great convo and your a nice young lady. More practice will get you were you desire in the future. This is not to be mean it's call constructive criticism something the owner has a problem with.

All I can say is that the program did not offer me what I paid for. I felt I left Parisian not prepared for the the field. Do your research. Alot of focus is put into cosmetology and the massage program falls short. The picture attached is just one of the many things that where not offered. All our test were on paper along with soap notes. Nothing was computerized. This is just one of the few things. Owner does not accept constructive criticism very well. Just read the responces. UPDATE: I SHOWED UP AND SAT THROUGH EVERY CLASS. THE PROGRAM HAD TWO DIFFERENT BOOKS BEING TAUGHT AND ONLY ONE INSTRUCTOR. I DONT KNOW HOW ONE INSTRUCTOR IS EXPECTED TO TEACH TWO DIFFERENT GROUPS AT ONCE. MYSELF AND MY CLASSMATES SAT IN A ROOM SELF TEACHING OURSELVES, FOR THE WHOLE SECOND SESSION OF THE PROGRAM. WE COMPLAINED AND THE OWNER CAME WITH A TAMBOURINE AND TOLD US WE COULD NOT SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE...SO BASICALLY SHE DID'T CARE FOR OUR CONCERNS WHICH WERE MANY. ALONG WITH THE TOXIC ENVIRONMENT CAUSED BY OTHER STUDENTS WHO WERE NOT THERE TO LEARN. AS SOME OF US TOOK OUR TIME THERE SERIOUSLY. THEY WERE EXCUSED FROM CLINCALS AND THEY SLEPT IN THE MASSAGE ROOMS. AS THOSE WHO WHERE SERIOUS ABOUT THE PROGRAM PICKED UP THE SLACK. WE LACKED SUPPLIES SUCH AS MASSAGE OIL, IT WAS ALWAYS PROVIDED BY OUR TEACHER. WE WERE WITHOUT MASSAGING OIL FOR A MONTH. I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO TELL THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE... I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO INDULGE IN THIS OWNERS LACK OF LEADERSHIP...ALL SHE BRAGS ABOUT IS HOW SHE IS A NURSE AND HER SUCCESSES. SHE MANIPULATES HER AUTHORITY AND POWER TO MAKE OTHERS FEEL LESS THEN AND HIDE BEHIND HER ILL PRACTICES...THE INSTRUCTOR TURN AROUND WAS ALARMING. SOME MIGHT FEAR SPEAKING UP BECAUSE SHE WOULD FIND A WAY TO BRING YOU DOWN...IT IS NOT WHAT SHE KNOWS IS WHO SHE KNOWS...AND SHE WILL USE HER "POWER" TO MAKE SURE TO COME AFTER YOU ONCE YOU COMPLAIN. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH PAPER TESTING...THE IMAGE IS OFF HER WEBSITE AND THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS I WAS THERE NOTHING WAS COMPUTERIZED. I WISH SHE WAS AUDITED... I TRIED TO MAKE MY COMMENT SIMPLE...BUT THE FACT THAT SHE SAID I CHOSE NOT TO SIT THROUGH THE PROGRAM WAS JUST RIDICULOUS...MORE THAN ONCE WE SAT WITH NOOOOOOOO INSTRUCTOR, NONE. I am licensed and let's just say it was not your program that helped me. It was my self discipline, hard work and dedication. I actually had to pay out of pocket to hire someone to teach me what your school didn't.

There is no chance on the planet I will ever go here again. First, it's complete chaos in there. Second, your Groupon is not a deal. It's less for a gel manicure & pedicure together there than what I paid. Third, they do NOT supervise hardly anyone. NO one checked my nails or my toes, and for SURE did not supervise throughout. The nail products are NOT sanitized. I watched her pull her tools out of a case that was nowhere near sanitized and they weren't in new packages. My nails were not filed even. She didn't trim any cuticles, she just put the cuticle remover lotion on them which did nothing. For my pedicure, what a freaking nightmare. She was super rough on my feet, not a polite person AT ALL, did NOT put clear polish on as a base before my color (so that's going to be fun to remove) and you will see from the pictures that my "towel wraps" were disgusting rags and my toes (see the photos) were painted terribly. I could have done a better job myself. The polish they have is old and super thick and completely disorganized, you can't find hardly any gel color. I wish I would have taken a picture for you because you just wouldn't believe it. They were also giving a lady a hard time while I was there that she had to have the Groupon APP in order to use her Groupon (which is BS as long as you have the groupon number and code). They almost didn't take it. The manager and the front counter people are completely rude. And, if you are disabled, forget going there because their elevator was NOT working. This place is a train wreck. I wish Groupon would give me a refund. I put a review there, too. If you still want to go to a teaching place, I'd recommend Aveda's Institute in Mandarin. WAY better than this hot mess.

If you are thinking about attending this school, I would think twice, and 100 more times after that, then run away. I attended here for the massage course and was kicked out 3 weeks before graduating because I gave the other students and anyone who had previously taken the course the means to file a complaint about the school. Apparently giving other students the tools and information that they are legally required to have available anyways was slandering the school. Then the owner hijacked one of her workers Facebook accounts so she could stalk my profile and write nasty comments on my page. Later that employee quit and sent me a message apologizing and let me know that it was the owner who stalked my profile. The only reason I gave the other students the ability to silently leave complaints is because of the threats of getting kicked out every time the students try to approach the owner about their concerns and the constant degrading of their intelligence when the students let her know that the so called instructors are not teaching the students. $10k is a lot of money and us students did not pay tuition for us to teach ourselves. We paid for an education and expect and deserve one. The owners exact comment is. "We have given you the tools(books) to learn the material, so it's not the schools fault that you are not intelligent enough to learn it". Never mind the fact that I was intelligent enough to read a book and memorize the info and maintained straight A'S the whole time I was taking the course. In fact, I never made less that a 98 on a test.

Later found out that the owner apparently got in trouble for charging the students extra money on top of what they had already paid for tuition and had to refund the money to the students, but no.......she couldnt just refund them like she was supposed to, she then trys to get her students to agree to letting her write a check to them, then have the students cash the check just to give it back to her.

LINDA is a crook, she is rude and unprofessional. Anyone who is giving 4 or 5 star reviews for this place is either paid, works there, or is a student and forced to for homework.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO ATTEND THIS SCHOOL, JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE BEING CONNED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND EVERYTHING YOU LEARN WILL BE SELF TAUGHT. YOU WILL CONSTANTLY BE THREATENED WITH BEING KICKED OUT (UNLESS YOU KISS HER ASS) AND YOU WILL BE WORKED LIKE A SLAVE TO MAKE HER MONEY. HER MAKING MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HER STUDENTS GETTING A PROPER EDUCATION AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE CLASS ROOM WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LEARNING SO YOU CAN TAKE...

I actually had to pay out of pocket to hire someone to teach me what your...
