I never write Google reviews but after my visit with Panera @ Town Center, I had to post this. I ordered food online via the app for myself and my children who were in the car with me. We ordered a You Pick Two, Caesar Salad with extra Caesar dressing and cup of Mac and Cheese, a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup and a bowl of Mac and Cheese. I received the alert that the order was ready and ran inside to grab the food. Once I came back to the car I noticed the food was cold and the bag seemed light. I looked inside and notice I did not receive my bowl of chicken noodle soup and the bowl of macaroni and cheese that was almost 11.00 was only half full. I went back inside to let staff know that they had forgotten the soup and I was met with a nasty attitude. No apology, just the girl behind the counter yelling at another employee that if there was any soup available, it would be in the back. I then ran back outside to check on my kids who were in the car as we just finished their sport practice which is why I ordered online so that it would be a quick pick up. I ran back inside and of course the food was not ready. I saw another dissatisfied customer hand his food back to the kitchen stating the food was cold and that the same girl that was giving me issues was giving him issues. He wanted to see her name tag but it was on her hat and hard to see because of the way the window at the kitchen was set up. At that point the girl looked up and saw me still waiting for my soup and started cussing to herself. She slammed the soup in the microwave and started complaining about how the GM wants them out at 9 with no overtime but how is she supposed to do that when the store is open until 9. While, I totally understand her frustration with that issue, taking it out on customers is not acceptable. She then slammed the soup down with no apology. At that point , I wasn't going to complain about the half filled bowl of mac and cheese because my kid were tired and ready to go. Once I got home and emptied the bag I saw that there was no extra Caesar dressing like I asked for and no baguettes that came with the soups, meals etc. Its very unfortunate, that a place that my family loves to eat at has gone so far downhill. I don't appreciate the nasty attitude from the employees because they made a mistake and left something out of the order. This has not been the first time that I have had issues with this location and Panera in general. We will not be supporting Panera...
Read moreI just wanted to come on here and share my experiences with this location. A few weeks ago, I ordered a fuji apple salad with no pecans, as I am allergic. When I picked up my order and got home and opened it, I realized there were pecans on it. I called, got a refund, and though it was frustrating, I can understand making a mistake. The manager, Matt, I think his name is, was very kind and apologized profusely, he is truly a sweet guy!!
Today, I picked up an order, and again, ordered the fuji apple salad with no pecans. As I did last time, I notated on the ticket that I am allergic to pecans/tree nuts. I picked up my order, checked the salad while I was in the restaurant, and it all looked good. I got home, looked at it again, and it still seemed good, so I took a bite. At the bottom of the bowl of the salad, was a pile of pecans. They were covered by the rest of the salad, so I didn't see them. I took a giant bite of the pecans, and now, I just had to take two benadryl to hopefully lessen my throat swelling and avoid having to use an epipen. I called and got a refund, but hopefully I live long enough to take the money they refunded me and use it elsewhere. I am disheartened and upset, and also not doing well as I write this, since my throat is beginning to open back up from swelling shut....
Read moreI order from this Panera all the time for meetings. Since I was placing a large order for 10 people, I placed the order on a Friday afternoon for Monday delivery. The order came on time, which was nice.. but nothing was sorted by person. Just a huge sack filled with food, nothing labeled. The dozens of times I ordered from this Panera previously, they packaged everyone's meal individually with their names on it. This was a setback, but not a deal breaker. Then I noticed we had a full sized salad missing. I called this Panera location and the phone rang and rang for a full 10 minutes.. I call again.. same result, no answering machine. I had no choice, but to call the delivery guy who delivered our order. I explain the situation to him and he claims he packaged our order correctly and that there was only 1 full size salad order on the receipt. I'm looking at the receipt he included in our bag and there's definitely two. He says they'll fix the order and send us a new salad. So here I sit... a full hour later with no salad for a coworker who now has to sit around watching everyone eat. I called Panera again to confirm that the order is on the way, and they're still not answering the phone. Never ordering from this...
