Gone With the Wind Museum — Attraction in Jefferson

On one particular weekend I was searching for things to do and see. I have always enjoyed watching the movie, regardless of age, and I decided to stop by to see this museum. If I remember correctly, the building used to be some kind of storage place or shop for the local school district. Eventually it was turned into a museum and run by a very pleasant lady who, herself, is a fan of the novel and movie. I truly enjoyed my time here even though it is a small museum. This is a small space jam packed with interesting memorabilia related to Gone with the Wind. Springing from the proprietor's love for all things GWTW, this collection includes photos, costumes, and just about whatever you can imagine, and probably some things you would never imagine, like a cake in the shape of Tara.
