We came here for a "holiday train ride" we paid extra to sit in the "first class" area. Which turned out to be a closed in cart that had very small uncomfortable seats and smelled so strongly of mold and mildew. The ride was rough. They only had daytime rides even though there was Christmas lights and decorations all throughout the woods as we drove through them. Youd think they would turn the lights on and do some evening rides so you could see it all lit up. There was a person giving a "tour" of the ride. Basically explaining every scene as we passed by it and the history behind it. I almost wish they would have just played Christmas music the whole time. Or at least had some playing in between the history lessons. The small town surrounding it was cute. Had a few antique shops and whatnot. But they were INCREDIBLY crowded. I'm sure if there was an evening event everything would have been more "magical"...

The houses there are so beautiful and well kept. The little shops have the nicest, welcoming owners and employees. It kind of took me back to a time when our world wasn't so harsh and tough.
