The Grove — Attraction in Jefferson

My best friend & visited the Grove a few years ago. My friend has always been a little more sensitive to things. She was fine before we went inside for the tour & about the time we got to the dining room she started to feel light headed. By the time we got to the kitchen she had to squat to the floor. My wife and I took the tour of The Grove this afternoon. It is a beautiful home and Mr. Whitington is an excellent guide. Thanks to him and his wife for opening their historic home for others to experience. We loved the tour Mitchel - the current owner - filled with wonderful history and great story telling. The home is beautiful and although a private residence it feels kept as a museum of sorts. Some of the items are from the previous owners. The oddity of the home is that people have had things happen here that they can’t explain.
