I first reached out to Scott about designing an engagement ring in November of 2022. From our first phone call, I was so impressed by Scott's knowledge and how easy he was to work with. When I visited the store that December to view samples and make a final selection, I met the rest of the team who was just as welcoming and knowledgeable. Rosnov is a family business through and through, and everyone there treats you with that level of warmth and care. I proposed in March of 2023 and we set a May 2025 date. Over the next year and a half, we visited periodically to have my wife's engagement ring cleaned and discuss wedding bands. Even on days where we didn't have an appointment and just walked in, Scott remembered us both by name, remembered our date, which bands we had been looking at, etc. I observed the same level of detail recall with other customers too. It's amazing that with the amount of folks Rosnov works with, Scott is able to get to know everyone on such a personal level. We are both so happy with our rings and feel so lucky to have found Rosnov to work with throughout this process. I am a customer forever after my experience today! My jeweler in Bucks County recommended Rosnov as a trustworthy buyer of gold pieces. I called Scott because I was nervous about a quote I received (for some gold pieces) from another buyer, and Scott couldn’t have been nicer. Without ever having met me, he spoke to me multiple times on the phone, reviewed the pieces via text, and gave me honest advice. I ended up going to see him in person (45 min drive!) because I trusted his instinct and candor. When I arrived at the shop, the place was busy with seemingly loyal customers, Scott knew every single person by name- asking about their kids, recent vacations, previous pieces they had bought, etc. It was heartwarming and exactly what I hoped to experience, as all I wanted was to work with someone above board and kind. Scott reviewed my piece. in person and guided me to go with the initial quote because it was better than he was able to do; again, a selfless, honest business move.
