VERY disappointed with the lack of respect from the workers. I come here quite a lot, and now I feel like I am unwelcomed and my business is not appreciated. This past weekend they gave out tickets (which made no sense). Tickets were given out to people waiting in line, then people left, and then came back into the line once the store opened at 10. I was waiting in line at 9:30, got a ticket at 9:40, the store opened at 10, then about 30 people showed up with tickets that they received earlier, so now I had 30 people in front of me. I then left, decided to come back in 30 minutes, since by that time, it will be my turn for my ticket. I come back, go to the front of the line - first I have a man screaming at me asking why I am cutting the line- I say I have a ticket, he does not. I go inside, the lady at the counter says, oh we are not using the tickets anymore. So now they want me to go back and wait in the back of the line for another hour or more. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE TICKET IF THEY ARE NOT USING IT?! She said they were only doing tickets in the beginning- that makes NO sense!!! Then I come out, was going to wait, but then had the SAME man, yell at me again saying nice try, as if he wanted to try to start a fight right in front of the store. So now what is going on with this place? Tickets are given out to people for the first 30 minutes then it is a free for all? Makes no sense, I waited my time and got turned away. They use to not do this, it was better when they just let people stand in line normally. I now feel unwelcomed at this business and don't feel comfortable coming back due to some of the customers outside trying to start something with me, when I was just doing what customers did earlier in the day to me. I swear if I was a different person, they would have let me in...
Read moreSo...great! Nessaaaaa! Your aunt gave good advice. I am particular about complex sweets, but most of the flavors ive had so far I've enjoyed. Very rich and dense. Worth the wait, worth the price and depending on appettite , last 2-3 servings. The site boasts 40 flavors that are made rotationally. So check Facebook for the flavors offerred for thr day. Arrive before 12noon for best options. They close once the sell out of disay case, max of 3 per customer. Blueberry topping is lovely with enough volume to last the entire cake. Yum. The fudge brownie, birthday cake and strawberry shortcake actually have pieces of cake in the cheesecake itself!!! Yum. Tasted bananna pudding for the first time - ridiculously good. Family members enjoy the caramel topped ones ( 3 types) , cherry and plain. Only two so far were just okay - sweet potato pie and carrot cake. Pictures feature brownie and blueberry varieties. As a correction, not 40...
Read moreI have been following her on IG for over a year now and finally made the trip from DE to try this cheesecake. With COVID 19 there is a limit to the number of cakes you can buy and expect to wait in line due to limiting the number of people in the shop. I got there just over an hour before opening and was the 8th person in line. Let me tell you the wait was well worth it!! The store is very clean and all of the staff was super friendly. And the cheesecake, oh my lawd the cheesecake!!!! First of all, I am a cheesecake lover and this is the best cheesecake I have ever had. So creamy and rich but not overly sweet and the crust was perfect! I got the sweet potato, strawberry shortcake, and fudge brownie. The sweet potato was by far my favorite. I even had to wrestle it back from my friend who doesn’t like cheesecake or sweet potato pie!!! Can’t wait to come back to try more flavors! Keep up the...
