Super Style beauty salon — Attraction in Jersey City

Took 55 mins to wax legs, ridiculously slow procedure. The wax was not grabbing onto the hair and the owner lady insisted that this is best, most expensive wax and recommended me to stop waxing altogether when I said this wax is not suiting me. When I said I hate to pay $50 for this service, instead of acknowledgding my experience, she asked me to stand to a side and said she'll call the cops and make me pay. I have never heard someone say such a bizarre thing to me in the US! I told her to please go ahead and call them but also wanted to pay and get the hell out of there and not waste my time. To top it all, they don't accept credit cards and took me walking to another store 10 mins away to make me pay there. Ridiculous! How does this place get repeat customers is mind boggling to me. I went today for an haircut. There was a lady there who cut my hair. I never go to a fancy place for an haircut nor my expectations are high ever, but this has to be my worst experience ever in my life. She didn’t had a clue what she was doing and I am not exaggerating any of this. It felt like she was plucking a wool out from a sheep. Literally by the end of the haircut I was holding a hair dryer on one side and comb on the other. I told her that this is how I like to style my hair, she changed that according to what little she was managing to do with my hair. Even a 25INR experience in India is better than this $25 haircut. 1 star because I can’t give zero. Honestly you should shut down your salon....

The worse blowout I have ever gotten. The man didn’t even know what he was doing. He tried to fix the mess he did to my hair with the flat iron but only made it worse because he burned my hair. Then they really tried to charge me $35 dollars for no reason. Because I already came with my hair watch and everything I just needed a blowout.
