Bonita Brow Bar — Attraction in Johnson City

My son and I went to have some waxing I needed my under arms done and my son wanted his nose done I was told that the underarms are not done on Saturday when but the previous Saturday they did it but for some reason this one was different so I said ok he went and got his eyebrows threaded then Kellie the manager came back from a break and said she would go ahead and do my underarms but told me there would probably only be enough for my underarms not his nose, I said ok she did mine and when we were done and about to leave I asked if there was enough to do his nose like he wanted she got all mad and said “are you freaking kidding me right now” stormed off and went to look and said “I doubt It you all have used all of my wax”! I was so mad and embarrassed since there was another employee and customer in there when she did this there is no reason to be treated like that over a simple question she embarrassed me and my son! I have spent a lot of money at this place this is not the first time she has given an attitude over something it’s very unprofessional I don’t believe I will be back I will find some place that wants my money that will not...

I have been coming here for years, but after the last three visits, I will not be back! I used to see Kellie, she was awesome! She always took her time, regardless of how many people were waiting in line, was never in a rush, & always very friendly. The techs they have now, barely even speak to you, even when you're talking to them, they don't even respond, & are always rushing through the service...even the past two times , including today, I was the ONLY person in there! She rushed right through threading my brows & removed more than half of my brow on one side! They're both very thin now & one is so much shorter than the other! Now, it's either make the other one the same way & look even worse or try to draw it back on! If I wanted to "draw" on my eyebrows, I'd just Whoopie Goldberg it & draw them on! I am very disappointed in this salon now,! I figured after the last two times, I'd give them one more try...big mistake! I will not be back...ever! Wish I knew where Kellie went, I'd follow her there! I'm only giving it one star, because Google makes...

My daughter and I are very disappointed with our recent experience here. I had lash extensions for the first time and loved them, they looked amazing! Came back for my first fill in and it looks horrible, my lashes are not even, one eye literally still has old clumps of glue with clusters going in different directions and one cluster is literally hanging off of my eye lid. So, it's ok, anyone can have a bad day. I thought, they have a 3 day policy, if you aren't happy and come back in within 3 days they will fix them for free. Well, unfortunately this policy does not apply for fill ins, they charge per each cluster that needs to be redone. If you perform a beauty service and it's less than satisfactory to your client then should you fix the problem at no additional charge. The staff are nice as can be and I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience, however, they lost 2 great paying/ tipping...
