Fantastic Stay at La Quinta Inn Kanab!

I recently stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Kanab, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the stunning surroundings of Kanab. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB ports by the bed, which made charging my devices so convenient.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot items like eggs and sausage. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore nearby attractions like Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Kanab's charming downtown and all the nearby national parks. The hotel also offers ample parking, also EV chargers are a plus,which made it easy to come and go as I pleased.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing helpful tips on local attractions and even offering extra amenities when requested. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable.

This is such a good hotel experience while in the southern Utah area. Kanab is a wonderful town as a destination and is a great launching off point of visiting the nearby parks. It is right off of Highway 89A and just a couple of blocks from the main business district. It shares a property line with a Pizza Hut and other restaurants and conveniences are either a short walk or short drive from the hotel. There is plenty of free off-street parking even to accommodate large vehicles. Tour buses were able to park there. The staff was friendly and competent. The hotel has super clean grounds, facility and rooms. It has a guest laundry, outdoor pool, and nice common spaces both indoors and outdoors. It is pet friendly and has a dog station. The hotel has multiple floors and an elevator. There is free reliable Wi-Fi and a business center. There was a full hot free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles with toppings and other continental items. We had a large accessible room with a king bed, separate desk and chair, and lounge chair with tray. There was a bureau with multiple drawers. We had a microwave, minifridge with freezer section, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer, iron & board. The bathroom was self-contained with shower (no tub) and dispensed toiletries. We had a free accessible ice machine on our floor though the one on first floor was out of order. The hotel was quiet even with at least two bus tours on site. We checked in and was greeted by someone who was not overly friendly but told us our room number, however neglected to tell us where it was if how to get there. We asked and then was told. That night the air was so loud that it woke us up several times. The next morning we went down for breakfast which was good, but asked where the coffee was and the girl working there was so rude!! She said angrily, right sind the corner!! A little later we went to the front desk to ask if all the air was loud and she said no, we asked us we could move and she said she would have sometime go check it but poetically would not be able to change or room because it was a Saturday and no one would be able to clean the room we currently were in!! I'm sorry, how was that my problem!! It's not my fault that you guys have a faulty air. Upon coming back from the day, I stopped by to ask what the status was and another person was there with the previous one and said they were in process is changing ac units out. She said she could not move us but she would be happy to bring us a fan to down out the noise. I agreed. We'll see never received the fan. The next morning the girl in the breakfast area was very rude again. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had no pressure, the wall in the bathroom had stuff all over it.
