I went in the store with my friend WITHOUT an appointment for ear piercing. My friend and I being “of a certain age” were treated not only with the utmost respect, but also were made to feel as if we were the grandmothers of those helping us. We could honestly feel the love showered on us as we carefully picked out the piercing studs we wanted. We talked of early family members and the cannon mill demise and rebuilding of the town…things you would talk about around the supper table from years past. As our piercings were finished and we were about to leave, we were sent on our way with a wonderful hug and was told how wonderful our interaction had been. We felt as if we were leaving a family reunion and were anticipating the next one. Not many businesses have such a warm and caring atmosphere. Falls Jewelers is truly amazing, and their customer service is second to none. I had a hard time trusting jewelers down here in the charlotte area and was continuously let down by the lack of customer service. Just recently, I moved to Kannapolis and stumbled across the jewelry store across the street, which happened to be Falls. They are incredible. Their pricing is very good. They have great selection. They have a watch repair person on staff and this weekend's sale forced me to buy something which made me feel pretty good. A gift for my daughter just for the heck of it.
