Boomerang — Attraction in Kansas City

Give yourself a little time to comb through the racks here and imagine the possibilities- you don’t need a cute little boutique to over-curate your imagination. The for sale section is expansive, VERY reasonably priced, and full of period-true treasures. I expected the usual disappointment of a vintage store with a rental section where the rental stuff is so much better and everything you own pales in comparison, but this isn’t the case here. And if I could give additional stars to Kevin, I would. He used some kind of steel wool to remove an already pretty undetectable paint smudge off a leather jacket for me and all I asked was, “What do you think this is?” CLASS ACT...

Prices are a bit ridiculous. Even more so if you plan on selling them any of your vintage clothing expect to get almost nothing. We sold them one of my grandmothers nice fur coats because we needed money between paychecks. We were given less than $30 for it. When we went back a year later we found the fur coat (I know this because it had her initials stitched inside) for almost $400. Probably why it hasn't actually sold yet.... They do have a fair variety of vintage and new clothes that look vintage. So you will find what you need for dated theme parties but expect to pay a good...

Boomerang is the spot to go if you’re looking for vintage clothes for normal wear or a party you’re attending. I used them for a trip to Funky town and this store came in clutch. Great prices for rentals and had everything you need. I got stuck on work travel and Kevin that works there worked with me on the return and ensured I had nothing to worry about and he was spot on.
