I have used this location to have the screen repaired on my iPhone twice now and while both times were amazing, I was impressed and very grateful for Skylar’s customer service.
I came in 20-30 minutes before close to find out if they could even fix the screen because I am still using an iPhone 7+ because I don’t want to give up the home button. I was very upset because my phone was barely functional and it has pictures on it that aren’t backed up that mean the world to me. His kind, patient, and calm demeanor quickly put me at ease. He explained what they could and couldn’t do due to limitations of the parts that were available because of its age and he helped explain the pros and cons and also offered several other options (one of the them would have required going to Apple so I appreciated him letting me know it was an option). He assured me more than once that my pictures weren’t lost. I came in close to tears and I felt very reassured by the time I left.
I dropped my phone off the next morning shortly after open. I asked how long the repair would take and I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour. I had to work nearby an hour after they opened and when I asked if it would be ready before I worked. He was the only one working at the time so it was clear it probably wouldn’t be possible but he said he would do his best. By the time I left and factoring what time I needed to leave there to be to work on time I think he only had 20-30 minutes to work on it but he was almost finished despite having other clients to help both when I left and came back.
When I stopped back in on my lunch break my phone was ready. I chose the cheapest and fastest fix that didn’t repair my home button but Skylar set up assistive touch, showed me how to use it, and said I could come back if I had any questions on it. He also explained several options for transferring data when I upgrade.
Skylar is an immense asset to the team there. I am so grateful for his amazing customer service when I really needed it. I also work in retail and know how challenging it can be, especially the last few years. I felt like he went above and beyond for me (which is how you feel when someone is very good at their job) and any company he works for is lucky to have him.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I do not like to write bad reviews but I feel like people need to know about this prior to taking their phones here. I shattered my screen and I was recommended to this place by a friend that had her screen replaced here. I dropped my phone off at 10AM and was told it would be roughly an hour. I go back to the store to pick my phone up at 12:30 and they are still working on my phone. A couple minutes later the lady tried giving me my phone back with a home button that was “more sensitive” but in all honesty, actually just didn’t work anymore but did prior to them working on my phone. She says that I have frame damage. Finally after I explained that this was not happening prior, she says that she’ll try again and asks me to come back at 4:30. I call at 5 and she tells me that they are unable to fix my phone but that it was back to it’s originally state with a cracked screen and that my home button was working again. I go in at 5:45 and picked up my phone. My screen was shattered even more and this time the home button didn’t work AT ALL and one of my screws was missing. While expressing my frustration that they broke my phone even more, the guy next to me mentioned that they “lost” his phone that had been worked on. After talking with my friend that had her phone fixed here she told me that the same lady also told her that she had frame damage but the screen replacement was still successful. I am extremely concerned for ANYONE to take their phone here. To me, it sounds like they do not have their ducks in a row. I’m just thankful that I didn’t pay in advance. May mention that I should have completed further research prior because Apple fixed my phone in an hour and a half as a walk-in and was $50 cheaper. I will never trust a third party with my iPhone again....
Read moreGood afternoon. I went in a little over 2 weeks ago to see if my I phone can be repaired for water damage. They said they will try it out but it’s not guaranteed and they would call or text another number for me to tell me when it is ready. 2 weeks and some days later, still no phone call or text so I went in person today to see if I can get an update. The gentleman who helped me was very nice but was VERY confused. He said “oh looks like someone picked it up already as of the 31st”. I said no that can’t be true. So he keeps trying to figure something out on the computer and finally finds my phone somewhere in a red bin and said oh here it is. And tells me “it couldn’t be fixed sorry”. I knew what I signed up for so it was fine in the moment. But something was odd, I never got an update for it, and my camera still has some residue from water and looks it was never opened for “water treatment”. I tried to plug it in and turn it on in my car and the screen turned on and the battery was dead! Before I picked it up today the screen wouldn’t even turn on!! My phone is now on and working with just some stain on the screen. So in conclusion, 1. Never got an update after 2 weeks I had to go in person 2. dirt and residue inside camera, 3. The phone is working and was dead all it needed was a charge and there is a stain on it. Why did he say it just didn’t work. Did they even try to turn it on?? I am just not convinced that any work was done on my phone and the phone just dried up by itself and is now able to function. I really wish to speak with an owner about this and see if an investigation and some proof can be given or at least a repair for this water stain in my screen can be done. I will keep taking further action but I’d like to resolve this in a peaceful and professional manner first.. ...
