Usually I visit Subway restaurant about 3-5 time per week. Yesterday my wife and I visited this Subway location at 6242 NW Barry Rd because it is very close to where we live but we were disappointed big time and ended up leaving the store. I asked for herb & cheese bread but the guy who helped us said I am sorry I forgot to add cheese on the bread so it is going to be herbs only I said that's fine no big deal. I didn't mentioned to him that I want it the two sandwiches to be toasted and he already got them out of the over so quickly I said fine. So I ordered two foot long sandwiches and since I visit Subway restaurant more frequently I completed two different survey where you will be rewarded with valid coupon code for free cookies. So when it is time to pay I presented the two receipts with survey code on it in order to receive two free cookies, at first the guy didn't know how to enter it in the register and was confused how to handle the situation and it took him more than 15 minutes while he was arguing with me and keep in mind I visited this location at least once a week and had the same issue, lack of experience with the same guy in the past. While he was arguing with me a client entered the store and waited for a while to be help and ended up leaving because she waited too long. So I ended up leaving the store since I couldn't take it anymore where do not argue with client. Another bad experience at this location, about couple of month ago a red dyed hair color guy helped me and it was two clients front of me and it took him more than 35 minutes to help us combined he was very very slow preparing sandwiches. One more bad experience where the store were out of her & cheese bread, onion and olive oil and vinegar and it was about 6:00PM only and that store business hour until 10:pm.. After I sent a feedback, I receive a reply from Elayne Gray says thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent subway experience. Unfortunately this place is poorly operating and won't last long due to poor management and employees experience. I reached to management through a survey and explained previous issues I had and of course it was an auto reply email where they thank you for your feedback and time you took to share your...
Read moreShouldâve walked away when I saw the sign on the door, it said âout of bread, go to Walmart.â The employees actually out that on the door!!!!! After we walked in, the head sandwich artist in Chas the said, I just wanna get these people out of here so I can get back to my game. It was like a train wreck, but my 6 year old wanted a sandwich, and I had already agreed to subway. They only had wheat bread...there was no glass covering the meat section, instead everything had a cover on it, so the artist couldnât figure out what was where. Whilst creating the sandwich, he proceeded to talk about how he âhates new employees, and hates the day time staff because theyâre lazy,â as he rushes to get back to his game. Condiments, oh boy!!!! Only half the containers were here...out of pickles, peppers, banana peppers, almost out of jalapeños, no shredded cheese, they had lettuce and a tub of tomatoes, and spinach. I said ok, whatâs up with the condiments. At this point thereâs a lady behind me with 2 kids, equally flabbergasted. Kid said well weâre out. I said, youâve got no pickles, no bread, youâre out of almost every condiment and cookies and telling people to go to Walmart. He proceeds to blame daytime staff. Lady behind says, weâd be happy to wait while you restock it. Kid says, no thatâs okay. In the car, my 6 year old says, âmommy all they care about is their video game, why are they open? My taste buds say they donât like this sandwich.â Yes my child, we should have taken their advice, and...
Read moreAlways understaffed, but usually the gal (Canadian Mask) always is at least on her game working hard and friendly. Sunday was a completely other story. Ordered a mobile order, said it would be ready 20 min later. I arrive 20 min later, see a line so I take a seat waiting for my order. The gal never acknowledged I was there. However proceeded to complain how her manager called out and left her there. She was working at a snails pace constantly complaining to each and every customer. I finally decided after 6 customers went through the line and she didn't once ask if I was there for a mobile order to get in line. She started on the person's order ahead of me then when there were 5 customers behind me she asked is anyone here for a mobile order, at this point 20 min after the time it was supposed to be ready. I said yes that would be me. She stopped on the order ahead of me and rushed through my order. When I got home it was such a mess it was almost impossible to eat. They have spent money to "update" the look of Subway but, failed to hire employees. What a terrible location. Needs a huge kick in the backside and...
