Jewelry Design Center — Attraction in Kennewick

I had the most amazing experience at this store. I am a breast cancer Survivor and my daughter bought a ring for breast cancer. The ring is beautiful but not very expensive. The first time it broke my mom took it in for repair and had a diamond from my fathers wedding ring put in it. My father had past away so it was very special. The second time it broke my mom had it repaired again but the third time it broke they would not repair it again. I knew the ring was not worth much but to me it is has great value. I took the peice of the ring to 3 jewelry stores and they all said it could not be repaired. I saw the TV ads for Jewelry Design Center and thought I would give it one more try. The girl that helped me was so kind and really cared about helping me save the ring that means so much to me. She showed my ring to the jeweler who was right in the store and showed him all the peices. She came back and said he could fix it!! I had tears of joy because no one eles would even try to fix it and he said yes. They called and told me the ring was ready. When the sales girl gave me the ring I began to cry the ring was so beautiful I did not know it could be so beautiful. It is not only beautiful but the jeweler strenghtened it so it will not break anymore. I just sat in my car and wept and was so thankful that someone would take his time and talent to fix a broken ring that no one eles would even try. My experience with Jewelry Design Center was absolutely outstanding, the lady who helped me her name was Chelsea I don't know if I'm spelling her name right but I do know she was very kind very personable very down to earth. She helped me step-by-step through this whole process from getting my ring cut off to getting it resized. She made the whole process very easy and she cared enough to listen to my story of where my ring came from and everything in between. I would hundred percent recommend them. I got a little bit emotional when getting my ring resized because it's a very sentimental ring that was given to me by my grandmother. My grandmother paid for the whole process in Chelsea spoke to her over the phone and even had a good conversation with her she was very personable with my grandmother as well she made the whole process comfortable. She handed me a tissue the moment she seen me crying because she said to me that my grandma seems like a really amazing person and I told her how much my grandma is amazing. The jewelry design center selection is wonderful, the sales people are beyond helpful and their jeweler is amazing! Long story short I had been shopping around at several stores, but jewelry designer center in Kennewick had the best service out of all of them. When I came in for the first time Carrie was instrumental in me finding the perfect setting! After another week of searching I brought back a diamond that I had inherited and snuck away one of my girlfriend’s rings to get her size. Mahn the jeweler was able to put a new bezel on, fit the diamond and get me taken care of that day! I was so excited I took it home and kept sneaking peeks at it. I had an idea of how it could be modified, drew a quick napkin sketch and brought it back. The Carrie and Kevin asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood my request.
