My grandma past away June 28th and ever since then we have been yanked around for her life insurance by Deb Hofman. She is the worst to deal with no return calls/ doesn't keep you updated this should take this long!! Although Heather Livsey has been doing what she can to get Debbie to respond and until this day Debbie has continue to ghost us. I would never recommend anyone to farmers insurance very unprofessional. That one star that was given please give that to Heather atleast...
