I have only ever ordered online as I live in Maryland, but I have been impressed with every piece I have gotten from them. And let me tell you, their shipping is fast as all get out. I can place an order today and it will already be on the way to me the same day. Super cute clothes that are a tad pricey, but hey you get what you pay for and I have gotten so many compliments from the things I have bought. I highly recommend this store to someone who is into online shopping and doesn't live in the town as the store. Ordered a pair of pants that did not fit, spent $100 on them. Shipped them back to the address included in the package. When I didn’t receive any response weeks later, I emailed the store informing them I had not heard anything about my return or received a refund. She questioned me about which address I returned it to, and I sent her the picture of the address included in the package. She told me they moved the store. The pants were never returned to me, and she never reimbursed me for the $100 I spent. Terrible customer service, and will never purchase from this...

I’ve ordered several items from here (clothes, shoes, and jewelry) and all the items have been fantastic! There was some confusion recently on a shoe size that I’d ordered and I received a personal call to clear it up. They even threw in one of my smaller ordered items for free! I wasn’t the least bit bothered that they didn’t have my size (it was a clearance item) but I was so impressed with how quickly they got me taken care of and provided me with a solution.
