I recently had the pleasure of visiting Off Main Brewing this weekend and what a wonderful surprise it was!! I was immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome I received from the staff. The brewery is located in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored. The interior is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.
The beer at Off Main is simply outstanding. The brewer Travis have a real passion for his craft, and it shows in the quality of the beer. I tried a variety of different beers, and each one was better than the last. My favorites were the IPA and the Stout.
In addition to the great beer, Off Main also offers yummy & unique charcuterie boards. My personal favorite was the 90s theme board complete with adult dunkaroos. My inner child jumped for joy!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Off Main Brewing. The beer is exceptional, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a pint of beer and an intimate...
Read more"Off Main Brewing" is Kerrville's Best Kept Secret! We went in for a early dinner. One of us wanted a steak and the other a burger. It was not quite time for the dinner menu to be offered but Ashley was more than happy to accommodate us. Neither of us are really beer drinkers but you don't need to be to eat here. The citrus & beet salad was delicious. The dish looked like it belonged in a cooking magazine. The exact amount of ingredients to compliment each other. The steak arrived cooked perfectly and I almost wished I had ordered one. But the Smoked pimento burger??? To die for. No regrets here for ordering the burger. Absolutely delicious. Apple Empanadas for dessert? Do NOT pass those up. Made from scratch and addicting. Our waitress Ashley added to our night here. The perfect amount of attention to make sure we were well taken care of. We watched other dinners leave with smiles on their faces. There is so much more to Off Main Brewery...
Read moreThe proprietor of the restaurant is a brilliant young man with a bright future in food and hospitality. He cares about his community and has a vision for the future of his business within it. This place should be rightly called a Gastro Pub; that's what it is. The food is not off a Sysco truck, which is what you often get in restaurants with a focus on beer and wine. Here, the food is the star. We had the Jerk Chicken with red potato mash and Brussels sprouts with carrots. Not only was every element of the meal individually delicious, together the elements were even better. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, perfectly cooked, and the combination of the sweetness of the carrots (were they candied? maybe) was especially delightful. Lucky for us, we got the chance to talk to the owner about his journey and his plans for his place inside the food scene in Kerrville. You should do the same if you get the opportunity....
