I cannot express how happy and pleased I am to have found Jill to be my hair stylist. She is skilled, experienced, talented at her craft, wonderful to chat with, and completely understanding to the realities of hairstyles and haircare. Her communication is explicit and easy to follow. Sometimes terminology between client and hair care professional can be tough, and she does a great job explaining what the healthy options are and the process she’s about to take! She executes fantastically!!

Ive been growing my hair out for years from chopping it healthy after having done extensions for some time and coloring it blonde for years. I was explicit I was hesitant to cut too much length off since it I know how many months it takes to get to certain lengths and I didn’t want to waste the time I’d already put in with my hair or see the weeks of patience chopped on the floor. Jill COMPLETELY understood and walked me through what my options were given what I was asking and having issues with, I’ve never had such a positive hair cut experience!! We took a staged approach, and it’s been exactly what I needed. Not only did my new cut make my hair look like an actual style and polished, there wasn’t too much gone to cause a panic about how long it’ll take to like the view I saw in the mirror again and figure out how to style every morning. When I came back 6 weeks later to see her for a trim, she did it again!! Listened to exactly what the next direction I wanted to take my hair in to love the style even more, gave me a few options and executed STUNNINGLY! I finally have confidence in my own hair again, with time and patience I know we’ll get to such healthy hair and style. I cannot wait to see Jill again and actually keep up with trims every 6-8 weeks. Instead of just letting it grow out as long as possible and get to a desperate point in need of a cut. This location is very convenient to where I live and I found it initially since Bella Sirena carries Aveda products. Worst salon experience I've ever had.

A couple of months ago I thought I'd try them out because of their coupon for first time clients. I wanted a cut and color. The women seemed nice and after I explained that I wanted my roots to match the rest of my hair, she said we could do a French Wash. A few minutes later she returned a told me a French Wash actually wouldn't work and suggested a Full Foil. I told her that I just wanted a root touch up and trim and that I didn't have that much money, so she assured me that a Partial Foil would get me the same effect that I was looking for. After the process my roots were still brown, but now I have bright blonde streaks in my hair. She told me I was done without doing the haircut either. She took 2 minutes and an inch straight across my hair and told me I was done. $180 for this, coupon included. Ridiculous.

I made a complaint and came back in the next day. I had asked to speak to a manager. Instead I was confronted with the same stylist from the day before, no manager. I explained that my hair was not what I wanted and she argued with me. Absolutely no costumer service. She told me that what I wanted done with my hair would be $400. Excuse me? A root touch up, dark blonde to light blonde by the way, and a trim is not $400. And she mentioned none of this the day before during our consultation. When I said that the haircut was only a minute or two and she didn't cut enough off she replied, "Well how long is a haircut supposed to take?” She then went in the back room and laughed with her coworkers about me. The whole salon could hear. Unbelievable and embarrassing. It was only after she started my haircut that she tried to schedule another appointment and sell me products.

I won’t ever come here again- hairstylists scared to perform color services and refuse to give a real reason why (I have been many years ago with the same stylist and have gotten a full non permanent color with virgin hair)- when I reasonably inquired as to why the only response I ever got was robotic I had 2 appointments and a consult scheduled to come in and when I called about them I was promptly told they were cancelled- first time I ever heard of that! Not even willing to try the test strands that they promised and giving up before even trying to see if my request might work. Had been a previous customer before and had a great time (4 services and hundreds of $$$)- this is unacceptable and not hard to simply tell your customer whether your salon doesn’t have the skill or is simply just want to turn away a customer because u don’t like them or some other reason. Nothing made sense- again no straight answer, well if yall can’t be mature about it and just tell me straight then I have no more respect for u as a person and I personally won’t be recommending you to anyone I know and I don’t want to come back.
