I've been going to this place pretty much since it opened. It's always been my go-to place to buy used games and movies as well as to trade. They have always been in good condition. Prices I will say are decent. The staff is very nice and polite and very easy to work with. It's also nice to see that they all tend to know and share similar love for gaming as much as I do. But most importantly, they also seem to have the customer's best interest at heart. I recently bought an Xbox series s from them and didn’t work well. However, they were very Cooperative. They first tried to fix it, they offered a refund and they were very apologetic. They generally did the best they could to help me and I was very appreciative for that so I hold no ill will to an honest mistake. And to those who are wondering yes I was able to get it fixed with the help of Microsoft. But I still thought it was nice to bring up this review to show that this place generally did try to help me and handle the situation professionally. Disc replay, now in saginaw what can I say besides.... it's not gamestop. When disc replay first came to Michigan they were the home of the cheapest prices around. Now, not so much. While their prices are still better than gamestop, it's not what it used to be. I use to be able to get newly released games for $45 now, they are typically $52 which is still better than gamestop that sells newly released used games for $55 but I don't feel like I'm getting as much of a deal. But, it's to be expected when you own 2 stores now and have to pay payroll and keep the lights on. Now that I'm over the rant. Disc replay is my favorite 2nd shop game store to go to. They always have special edition consoles. I have gotten ahold of halo reach, halo 4, and gears of War 3 special edition xbox 360 from disc replay in saginaw.
