Wow! What great customer service!!! This is my place to go now. Not only is 5-10$ cheaper for the same product but I don’t feel rushed. I can walk up look at the product and if I need help the staff is there to help with any questions. Izzy is absolutely wonderful!!! She knows her stuff and has helped me out with what to purchase for my arthritis. She’s always so helpful and such a delightful personality. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Vince on my very first visit and again very knowledgeable and so helpful and another kind person when a great personality!!! And Jamal who works at the door is awesome! My first time I didn’t know what to expect and he went over it all with me, another great staff member. I’m 56 years old and I am a retired customer care manager, and I am very impressed with the customer service that I was given every single visit. I have gone for in the last month. Not to mention I left my phone behind and I was in a panic and when I drove back in driving into the driveway, there was Vince with my phone in his hand. This was my first experience at this location and can’t say enough good things! Walking in I was greeted with a smile, which instantly made me feel welcome. I walked up to Devin and asked for his assistance, he immediately was willing to help me located what I needed as well as offer some education on different blends and strains. This was exactly the type of experience I needed. There was an incredible selection of all different types of edibles, which is what I was in the market for. Not good. I've tried just about every non-premium cartridge they have and they are not up to par. Bad tasting chemicals and weird highs and the carts often seem inauthentic. 3 of the worst cartridges I've ever had came from this store in the past couple months. One worker told me that Jeeter brand carts rarely deliver on what the package promises which is confusing because they have like 3 rows of Jeeter product. So he convinced me to try WCC which I did and it too was lame, and then the cartridge broke apart at the base like it had already been taken apart before. I'm not sure what's going on at this store with cartridges but I can't come back here. Also the Swagyu bro at the front door is often rude and dismissive. a 4.9 rating...
