Subway — Restaurant in La Mesa

The sandwich was excellent but I did not get greeted with welcome to Subway did they do my way with that? My son Kevin Doughty worked here for a little over two years and he worked hard building his little old ladies that would only come to the subway because he was here. The glass on the sandwich had splatters all over it girl that's working behind the counter and by herself is doing the best she can. Another girl just left for her break she usually works at the University store and she asked the lady behind your account do you have to do all that work at the other store as well? That sounds like an employee who is not willing to go the extra mile to make the store successful. That's too bad. I wanted to add one more line only it's the glass filthy the whole...

This was the absolute worst subway i have every been too, they employee started to work on my sub, but then stopped and changed the soup of the day sign with her gloves on, then continued to make my sub without changing her gloves, that was completely disgusting to me. Then I told her everything that i wanted on my sub, after i told her i wanted tomatoes on my sub she started to lift everything and put the tomatoes under everything, I politely told her i wanted the tomatoes on top, and she looked up at me and rolled her eyes and started to give me attitude, all because i wanted the sub made my way. There is nothing but rude employee's at this subway and I will never be...

This was my first time going into this subway as I just started working for an insurance company close by. They were super busy but “Amy or Annie” (i’m horrible with names and I just went over there and already forgot. I apologize to her wholeheartedly) was amazing. I received top-notch customer service as did every other customer there. My only complaint is that they are not doing chopped salads and chopped salads are so Much easier to eat than a regular salad, especially when you’re taking it on the go or to work. I would say to the owner please bring back the chopped salads. I know myself and probably many other customers would truly appreciate it....
