Vault Women, Laguna Beach — Attraction in Laguna Beach

I fell in love with a certain jacket and the Vault did not have it in my size. Flavia and Gila went above and beyond to get it for me in my size and in the color I wanted. I live in Texas and was in Laguna visiting. They weren't going to let that be a hurdle. They were able to get exactly what I wanted, stayed in touch with me as they were searching, once they found it they had it shipped to them with another order to save me money, and then once it arrived to me the let me know they had it. They shipped to me from the store in Laguna. I just arrived home from a business trip to find my beautiful new jacket had arrived. I will be back to the Vault the next time I am out for a visit. The owner, Gila and her staff are fantastic!!! Great customer service in this day and age is a must and these ladies from the Vault knocked it out...

I used to shop here quite a bit. My Last experience was the worse. I spend a lot of money here and they won't get another dime. I bought a sport cost and some shirts. Sleeves were too long and I expressed concern to tailor but sales girl said if problem , bring it back. Sleeves were problem and works cost me $80-100 . And the tailor wasn't sure it would work. So I took it back. The sales girl argue with me and no refund. I went to a trailor she recommended and she did the work for$60, but sleeves not the same because. She had to rebuild the coat and now too tight. You got your crummy little commission but the Owner is losing thousands of dollars. Never again. Too many Good...

We stopped in to get a dress and shoes for my girlfriend who did not have a nice black dress for an event coming up. The sales person was very helpful and encouraging, something my girlfriend needed to get into the swing of things.

Ultimately she tried on at least 8 dresses and several pairs of shoes before deciding on a dress she liked with shoes to match. The ensemble looked fantastic, but the thing I want to really emphasize is good she felt through the entire experience. Never pushy, the sales person was helpful and efficient and we walked out very happy.
