I went in after I saw a very cute fur jacket in the window. I picked out the jacket and a shirt. Shelby and Ellie are the sweetest people I’ve ever met in retail. I’m not lying or making this up, they are two of the sweetest people. They were warm and kind and so helpful. When I got out of the fitting room Elizabeth showed me how to button it and was also following the trend of amazing employees. It was all such a pleasant experience and I’m so glad I went in. My husband bought a top for me and the quality is really bad it’s not well made at all and the material is so cheap. Went to the store and tried to return the lady said it was on sale and not returnable and I can exchange to other items. Base on this kind of quality I dont think I would pay money to buy anything in that store. Plus everything in the store is overpriced. I wouldn’t mind paying more for nice quality clothes but not this quality . They never told my husband on sale item is not refundable and there was no sign for that too.
