So I walk into the store and there’s 50+ your old bleach blonde woman greeted me. Asked me what I was looking for and truly being in a place like Laguna Beach I was just looking. So then I said yeah I would probably be looking for some jeans. So she showed me some And I said well I don’t think I’ll be spending over $200 on a pair of jeans today. She then said well we have some for 50% off. So she proceeded to show me them and I said yeah I don’t think I want to spend 100 she said well we don’t have anything below that in a sarcastic voice like I was some poor individual that couldn’t afford what I was looking for. So then I went across the street to one of the other stores and proceeded to spend $140 on a pair of jeans at a place that just allowed me to look and then showed me and told me what their material was made out of and why they buy those jeans and sell them. If your a local or tourist dont ever spend any money here as they have shady business practices and won't let you return anything and get your money back but only store credit even though they tell verbally in the store a entire different return policy. Worst customer service ever. We live is Laguna and have bought things here previously but recently my wife bought a shirt here for me and I didn't like and I try to return it and get my money back 2 days later to find they will only give store credit. I would have probably come back and purchase other stuff...
