Andrew Myers Art — Attraction in Laguna Beach

Wonderful artwork, great gallery, beautiful location. The gallery director Shelley is lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the works. All the artwork is amazing, pictures really don't do them justice. I'm a fan of Andrew Myers' artwork, was in the area for work and dropped by the gallery to see his art in person. While i was there, he actually happened to drop by. It was great to meet him and he was so nice, even gave me a signed copy of one of his books. Amazing artwork by all the artists in this gallery. As I walked through I kept racking my brain trying to figure out how these artists can accomplish these works. Couldn't figure it out. Just fascinating. Shelley was super knowledgeable, and walked us through the works of JP Gonçalves from Brazil and another artist from Minnesota. And guess what, it was super serendipitous. We are from Brazil and Minnesota.And she mentioned how to transport the Myers Xs and Os to London, where my daughter just flew in from. Creepy. And then we walked next door and saw Myers's work of Bourdain....

This is an amazing, interactive, family friendly gallery. We were visiting from WA and stopped in to see what was there. Shelley was a wealth of knowledge and gave the most exquisite tour. My girls (6 and 8 years) loved the exhibits and were enthralled with the art. The art is creative, unique, and visually appealing. Some of the works blew us away.
