We had a good experience at the Nike outlet, we hardly had a long wait maybe four minutes outside. Once we got inside we bought two pairs of the self lacing shoes and that was very satisfying because of the nice discount that we got. The shoes themselves were valued at retail price $350 and after we rung them up at the counter it was $199 for one pair. Signing up for the Nike app got us an extra 15% off and that's how we got that price. So it was $345 for one pair of shoes, two shirts and a pair of spandex shorts. We also got two shirts and a pair of shorts as well. The store was nice and clean and the workers did a good job at keeping everything orderly. This store offers military discount, and even though the cashier forgot to apply it, another employee took the time to ensure the discount was applied despite the transaction being completed already. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I had multiple staff members asking if I was finding what I needed, whereas I have had trouble having even one person acknowledge me at other stores. I cannot rave enough about this Nike store. Read moreTerrible managers. I walked into the store noticing a group of workers standing around talking right next to the entrance, only to realize that these were the managers on duty. I didn't get a single greeting or aknowledgement from any of the managers except for a nasty look. The other workers besides the managers, however, were very helpful. I actually witnessed a manager yelling at an employee in front of numerous shoppers, including myself.
