What a beautiful store with wonderful help and customer service. In the photo framing specialty area. I went to the website online with a print that I wanted to have framed. I was able to pick out the specific frame, and also, the contrasting border added additionally around it, I set up the online account and paid for it. I took the print and entered the store. They were able to show me a mock-up of the finalized framed photo print, which came two weeks later for delivery, pick up. Since it was a gift and I had to leave chicago, I was told it was beautifully done. I look forward to seeing it eventually. I've come here for years and it continues to be the same but with some upgrades. There's a parking garage attached to this location and it's free. Unfortunately, the elevator takes 20 years to move between floors. It's gotten slower and slower throughout the years. It's so slow I have walked a set of stairs faster than the elevator arriving.
