I had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $10 copay. I used a Visa credit card for payment, but the credit card terminal required a PIN number, which I don't have because it's a credit card, not a debit card. They attempted to process the card four times, stating it didn't go through due to "PIN error". However, my credit card statement shows four transactions for $10 each, totaling $40, which was confirmed by a representative from my credit card company over the phone. Despite this, I was ultimately denied service and had to reschedule my appointment.
Edit:

"We will refund the full settled charges. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and understanding."
As of today July 18th, all four charges were processed and posted to my account. I request a refund for these charges. On the day of the service, I called my credit card company to confirm the transactions went through (They did). Your receptionist then requested me to have my credit card company call her directly to verify that charges went though in order for me to proceed with my appointment that day. However, my credit card company told me that they do not provide such service.
While I understand that mistakes can happen during credit card processing, I cant understand why I had to leave and reschedule for a later date, instead of verifying this later, all for an error that was...
Read moreWent into Lens crafters to get and buy some sunglasses and the experience started nice, even though pushed. As if rushed. I picked out some beautiful Frames and we did the paperwork. Waited two weeks in excitement only to be crushed when I went to pick them up. The guy that helped me forgot to tell me that my prescription couldn’t be done in a certain thickness of glass? I’m not sure who thought it even attractive to put thick blue/grey thick lenses on such a beautiful frame as Ray Ban. My first pair turned out beautiful ( from a different company) This pair from LensCrafters was so bad that even the gentleman who returned them for me agreed. The glass was so thick ( I must have bad eyesight ) that when I put them on, my head lowered. Not just from the weight but from the pure ugliness of such. Vanity true but who doesn’t want to look good in their sunglasses? Heartbroken I left with my receipt, still waiting for the refund and for my insurance to be reinstated. Not impressed at all. Had the guy who sold them to me, went over all the details then this experience would be a complete...
Read moreMy eye exam appointments here have generally been good, however, they don't always run on schedule and they don't spend much time fitting your glasses.
After reminding me no less than 6 times during the week prior and asking me to confirm my appointment multiple times, I arrived on time for them to confirm the fit of my contact lenses. When I checked in, there were at least 4 people ahead of me. Nobody told me they were running behind, but it was clear there was a delay, because every seat was filed and people were waiting in the showroom. I waited more than 20 minutes before finally leaving. The best part was they sent me a thank you for visiting email - they didn't even recognize they hadn't seen me!
Two weeks prior, I picked up my new glasses and they didn't even offer to check the fit. The glasses were so uncomfortable, I had to have them adjusted while I was shopping at Costco 3 hours later.
I can see better now, so a decent eye exam, but the customer service has a long...
