Overall the atmosphere and location is fine. There are more upscaled Italian atmosphere nearby that don't have the direct shopping center vibe. There seemed to be plenty of staff which typically is a nice thing to not have to wait around for someone to refill your water or answer questions. They lacked on taking away empty plates and empty glasses of wine though. Many of the staff had neck tattoos and would say fasho. There was a time that empty stacked plates and empty wine glass were on our table, which felt like 10 minutes. When they took the plates, there was spilled oil on the table that was left there , and entree dishes were placed on top of the oil. At the end of the meal I had oil on my arm. We asked about a recommendation for a full body red and was brought a full poured red that seemed old and stale. Then brought out the tasting step for my partner that said the same thing. We enjoyed the appetizers and starters more than the pizza and pasta.

Ciao Vino A Culinary Gem I came here 2 times, and met the Owner on my Second while visit celebrating my friend’s birthday. He was very humble, gracious, & gave us a warm welcome that we will never forget. From the moment you walk into Ciao Vino you know you’re in for something special. The warm ambiance, impeccable service, and carefully curated menu create an unforgettable dining experience. We loved the ambiance, we couldn’t help but to take photos everywhere. Every dish is a masterpiece, made with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavor. The handmade pasta is silky and rich, and the desserts are simply divine. Pair it with a glass of wine from their impressive selection, and you have a meal worth savoring. Whether it’s a romantic dinner, a celebration, or just a night out, Ciao Vino exceeds expectations in every way. highly recommended!

The five stars are for Bri and Bri alone (best bartender In Las Vegas!!!!!) A Complete Disaster… Except for Bri Behind the Bar (THE BEST BARTENDER ON THE PLANET!!!!!!)

This place was a train wreck from start to finish, and I honestly can’t believe it’s still in business. Let me break it down:

Service? Awful. We waited forever to be acknowledged, longer to get water, and the waiter acted like serving us was a personal inconvenience. No refills, no check-ins, no courtesy—just cold, careless service. So we moved to the bar.

The food? Tasteless and forgettable. Everything we tried lacked flavor, texture, and any hint of creativity. It felt like they microwaved frozen meals and slapped them on a plate. I’ve had more satisfying meals at gas stations.

Management? Negligent. We tried to bring up the issues, but no one seemed to be in charge—or if they were, they were hiding. The whole place runs like a sinking ship with no captain. No accountability, no effort, no clue.

But there was one bright spot: Bri, the bartender. She was hands-down the best part of the entire experience. Friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her drinks were amazing, and she actually made us feel welcome in a place that otherwise felt like a total waste of time. If this restaurant had even one more employee like Bri, it might have a shot at redemption.

Bottom line: Skip this place unless you’re just going for a drink at the bar. Bri’s the only one holding...

We went to the restaurant only about a month after they opened to celebrate something special. We ordered a few glasses of wine and asked for bread (which is apparently only available by request) and it wasn’t it stated anywhere. We ordered the rotolo and lasagna. The rotolo was good but average and was one noodle wrapped around. I had about 4 bites total.

The lasagna was semi cold and came out with a bone in it. The bone was the size of an almond. We said something to our waiter and he immediately took it back and consulted the chef. We reordered and the second plate came with a smaller bone in it. Like a toothpick sized. The waiter said it probably was from the ground meat.

Once it happened the second time and we said something, no manager came over, no chef, and our waiter returned after a few minutes just to ask if we wanted to see a dessert menu.

The service was not up to a standard of that restaurant. We are very average folks and felt the food was average.

The staff should have been more accommodating due to it being so new and a bone coming in the food twice.

We will not be back. Fortunately they didn’t charge for the lasagna but the waiter didn’t apologize or even make mention. He acted standoffish when it happened.

We would absolutely not recommend. Which is sad, because I would never want to say such negative things about such...

I don’t even know where to start. I absolutely loved this place. My dad, fiance & I all came here for Thanksgiving & from the second we walked in, the people were all so friendly, the atmosphere was extremely inviting & the food was outstanding. We all got the Thanksgiving dinner & had different parts of the Thanksgiving 4 course meal they had. I had the Butternut Squash soup & the actual Thanksgiving dinner dish itself which consisted of Turkey, white & dark meat, asparagus, mashed potatoes, & stuffing with gravy & cranberry sauce on the sides. To me, it was the perfect amount of food & I was full but not overly stuffed. It was delicious. The bread also was excellent. The best part of our entire meal was our waitress, it says on the receipt Ashley H specifically. She was the absolute perfect example of exemplary customer service & she was outstanding. Whenever you needed her she was close by, & she was super willing to help explain the menu & answer any questions about how things were done in their restaurant, & I really enjoyed her personality & how upbeat she was. We all agreed that we couldn’t think of a time individually or together where we had better service at any point, let alone a holiday. 10/10 experience & we will be back & always request Ashley H...
